Hi,
I recently purchased some Ugg boots from a website called uggfootwear-direct.com, has anyone heard of or used this website before?
Im growing increasingly concerned as I placed my order on 27th December without really thinking, I do alot of shopping online and have never been scammed so I guess im quite trusting! However, since placing my order I still have had no response from the sellers to confirm receipt of my order nor to advise when I can expect to receive my boots but my payment has been taken already for £109 via paypal.
Am I over reacting and perhaps should give the benefit of the doubt since it has been christmas and new year but I would have expected some kind of a response by now. Plus I have sent 2 emails chasing my order but had no response although the emails are being delivered.
Having looked into the website further there are no contact telephone numbers or an address which is worrying me!
Can anyone help??
Thanks
i am just wondering have you heared any news from uggfootwear-direct yet? or have your received your boots already? i guess i am still putting up hopes at the moment, but i guess i will give it just one more day, if not i ll go to paypal for a dispute.but since we both paid using our credit card, not through paypal account. i think the best way might be go to our banks.

It's a shame you paid on your debit card, it's not as straight forward but I think you may be able to claim under "Goods not received" if it's a Visa debit card.I hope your bank is accomodating. You're not covered in the same way you would be on a credit card. If possible, always use your credit card for internet shopping.

If your plan is to import your Uggs, don't go anywhere near this site www.australianuggboots.com.au.
I ordered a pair for my daughter on November 13th and they finally arrived today (11/1/08).
The boots are appalling  , blobs of glue sticking out from the soles and the sheepskin is horribly thin. Trust me, you can get better ones from Primark for £5.
With import duties it cost me £120, and I am crying my eyes out with regret!
Terrible experience

Mrs Charltonboy is beginning to lose patience. I called Parcelforce yesterday quoting the reference number given to me by "Nancy" @ Hartings and they tell me that the Boots have not entered the UK. Sent an email to Hartings yesterday looking for their side of the story but not heard anything yet. Clinging to the hope that they will arrive soon but in all honesty I am getting bad vibes and feel this is becoming less likely. For an established company to take a month to get some boots from one side of the World is a joke. Will update the forum if anything changes!0

Help!! I noticed a dirty mark on my beloved UGG's before. I gently sponged it with water and left to dry - away from radiator and now they've got a water mark on!!! I'm gutted. I had sprayed them with protector so didn't expect them to do this. Can any UGG experts help??0
