    Anyone????

    Hi,

I've just looked at their website. It states that international shipping varies between $20 and $38 (suggests would probably run to $38) and extra for insurance. It also states that you will be liable for duties and they WILL NOT mark as gift so I guess you need to add another £30 or so on.

I have ordered from Hartings and am awaiting my delivery (tomorow according to tracking). I don't know yet if I have been stung for duty. I bought some last year from America and was charged the duty.

    Hope this helps.

My Ugg boots from REI arrived from parcelforce this morning. No customs or tax charges. The boots are a kids US size 6k in blueprint although they are more like a purple colour. All in all I paid $109.00 for them with the 15% discount which is about £55.00.
I am really pleased and they are defo 100% genuine. I would highly recommend REI.:j

    Wooohoooo!

I got my boots from cozyboots.com I recommend them. They are the genuine article, i got 2 pairs 1 chocolate & 1 chestnut, they are both kids sizes, they are exactly as they should be, the tread on the soles is lovely and thick like my old ones, they are lush in every way.

I requested them as a gift on the checkout and the paperwork states Gift and kids shoes on every page and the invoice says gift at the top, the paperwork hasnt been tampered so i'm guessing they werent inspected at customs as you cant see anything on the box which says whats inside it without checking the paperwork.

I recommend them if you are buying kids sizes,if you are buying womens be aware of possible customs charges they cost £72 for one pair (i ordered my hubbys mate a pair for his wife and thats the bill total) the 2 pairs cost £120 ish i've not checked hubby's bill yet but it was $243. Both prices include delivery. They came in the new style lift lid box with all packing and UGG stamped cardboard foot trees.

As far as sizing goes the kids ones are slightly wider so feel a bit larger than my womens ones but at half the cost they are perfect, they look a bit more cute looking down on them.

Kids are one size different to UK size not two sizes like them womens ones. So a US5 is a UK4 etc.

I've finally succeeded my UGG mission! :j

:rotfl: didnt you just get some from REI :rotfl:

These boots are exactly the same as the REI ones i got for my mother in law, the box, packaging, boots everything. The only difference is they were in stock in my size. ;)
  • Just had to post because like many others I did my research on here and ordered when everyone was saying how good Australia Direct was..... I received my Uggs this morning and I am seriously doubting the authenticity of them.... I ordered the mens US 10 short black boots and the fur just doesn't feel as soft as the ones I tried on in the shop..... the insole is black and not cream and the label is printed and says 'made in australia'.
I'm really peeved because if I'd have waited I would have known the 'dodgyness' of the site then could have ordered some from elsewhere. Has anybody had any luck with contacting AD? I really want to return them and buy some from elsewhere but the idea of losing £25 pound for the trouble (£15 for shipping to here, £10 to return them) is leaving a really bad taste in my mouth :-(

    hi Mookie,

I've just been onto cozyboots and ordered DD1 a pair of kids tall in a US size 5 -so these are the same as a uk size 4, but niot a toddler size 4 - is that right?
also, were the boots you bought showing as in stock when you placed your order? As the ones I've ordered are labelled as 'coming soon'...?
