I love a greasy fry up after I've been drinking :D
Trying to sort my life out, and I'm going to get there!
  • Nothing better to soak up the alcohol ;)

Or, even better than that, something greasy from the burger van on the way home... Kill or cure method!!

  • Oh no... I'm not cooking when I get in from a night out... I don't think that would be safe ;p

In the bad news catergory... They changed my timetable... I now have to do 9.30-4.30 on a Friday!!

pixiedust, that's so harsh! that seems like such a long day :( what subject are you doing?

I'm not doing too badly this week money wise, though I'm going into town tomorrow so that could change! ;) x

  • I'm studying Designed Metalwork and Jewellery - officially, I'm timetabled Monday-Friday 9.30-4.30, split between workshop and studio time. Luckily, the course leader doesn't see much point in making us hang around in the studio late in the afternoon if its something we could just as easily be doing at home - or observational drawing that really requires us to be else where ;) Unfortunately, we have a new tutor who is taking us for a short module, and he likes mornings *and* long days! lol! Oh well, I'm sure I'll manage... ;D

I don't think I've spent much this week, I need to dig out my receipts to check tho. Think it was about £10 on food shopping, and then £3 on charcoal in the university shop - damn art courses!

And my Xmas Piggy has over £30 in it already!!

  • I've been doing really well with having packed lunches too but then something has to go and spoil it. I needed to print a poster size A2 at the uni print unit - £11.75 I ask you! Daylight robbery! The next thing I knew I was campaining for them to be boycotted lol. Anyone else been ripped off by their uni services?

Lol the printing and photocopying here is expensive. dont use it very often though - try and avoid it! lol :) I've been spending so much - mainly on text books for my dissertation! oh well, guess it has to be done. x

  • There's a newsagents with 4 photocopiers which charges 2p per page near where I live!

(Although I haven't used it yet as most of the books I photocopy are either reference or too heavy to take there! :/)

So I hope everyone's course is going well? :)
