Lol I spent too much time in the union, Zanzibar, Creation, Fanclub, Life and Mosh so that ended in me only getting a 2.2. I got a first with honours in my drinkers degree though :rotfl: . I know I should've worked harder, I could've worked harder but I was busy having too much fun!

I have no loan/grant/bursary yet either! Its getting a bit frustrating now, I know I can live on the money I *will* have, and should still be able to save as well, but I can't do anything until I get it!
And to top it off, I went to the union bar with some mates on Wednesday night and fell over... Got up Thursday morning and couldn't straighten my arm properly... Went in, tutor sent me over the road to A&E... And I have a suspected fractured elbow! ARGH!!
I once went out with mates a uni (it was halloween night) and on the way home we were leapfrogging bollards, I tried one that was too high, got stuck on top of it lost my balance and fell forward (my hands were stuck in between my legs so couldn't use them to break my fall), luckily I lifted my head back so cracked my chin on the pavement instead of breaking my nose! I was also dressed as a devil at the time!
Next morning I couldn't get out of bed, I was covered in the nastiest bruises I've ever had, that incident ended my leapfrogging while drunk daysTrying to sort my life out, and I'm going to get there!0 -
Hehe... Everyone loves a good drinking injury
It's just frustrating now, I'm on a crafts based course (metalwork/jewellery/silversmithing), and my tutor has banned me from the workshop until I have *2* fully working arms... Meanie!! Just means I've got to spend today watching day time tv while waiting to find out when my fracture clinic appt is... Roll on Murder She Wrote!!**"Cheer up, it could get worse" - I cheered up, and look, it got worse!**0 -

Ouch about the fractured elbow.
I have a bank account, but at the moment can't pay anyone (ie. chequebook in post). Grr! I'm fed up of packing too!
Ahh, never mind0 -
Ha ha look at how miserable we all are after our first/second/preparing to go back week!
I am gonna be a big geek and hand in my first piece of work today even though the deadline isn't til Monday so that I can have a nice long lie on Monday and not think about it over the weekend!
Yay!I got food in my belly and a license for my telly
And nothing's going to bring me down0 -
Sounds like a plan!! I'm doing lots of sketching/designing today... I don't have to have the prep work completed for a couple of weeks yet (not until the practical is completed), but, doing all the wishful thinking I can, I'm still kinda hoping the fracture isn't as bad as they think, so if I get my prep ahead, I can then catch up on workshop time...
But now it's time for Loose Women. Surely thats a good time for a break?
Just think, at least while you don't have that chequebook, you're not spending... lol.**"Cheer up, it could get worse" - I cheered up, and look, it got worse!**0 -
