Why not? If she does want to get a job, or interact with anyone else, she needs to learn English. Fact.Penguin_Biscuit wrote: »I think that's a bit unrealistic.0 -
I know families are funny things sometimes, but does it not strike you as odd that her family have 'allowed' their 19 year old daughter to move into a strangers home with their newly born grandchild? My parents would have been beside themselves if I'd done this and would have at least visited to make sure we were both safe and well.
I also find it strange that she is penniless when she would be entitled to claim child benefit and possibly other benefits as well.
I would be wary of taking everything you're being told at face value. Something still seems quite odd about this whole set up.0 -
Does this come in a box set?:)0

I think it went ''badly'' for this girl when her boyfriend ditched her and their baby for someone else.
She LEFT her boyfriend/home for your cousin's and then move into yours. These were choices, perhaps the first was immediately necessary, but probably not if you press 9 three times in a row. The others not, but the question is why - hence the questions/alarm (let's hope it is overreaction) and concern.
All in all, not going badly for her at all so far, but it could have done should you have been a different kind of person and only time will tell how badly it may go for you.0
