Evening all,
been a bit hit and miss due to home events. Didn't get the job I interviewed for last week, Dad's surgery has been moved forward to tomorrow (so I'm off to stay at theirs once bf gets back) and bf found out on Saturday he has been selected for a major tournament which will be televised (ITV4 next week after 5pm for GB games) so all very up and down.
Scales however say -1lb so yay me
tomorrow has been a bit of a write off but tomorrow will look like this:
breakfast: porridge (HeB and part HeA) banana
lunch: mum's leek and tato soup, fruit pot= kiwi, peach, green grapes, apple, Satsuma
tea: chicken topped with bacon, jacket potato and salad plus baked beans
treat: one of those muller light corner thingies - lemon one, about 2/3 syns I believe
drinks: tea, NAS flavoured water
I may have a packet of smiths snaps crisps if peckish (5syns)************************************

Evening all,
After struggling through last week, getting a few things wrong and being a little under the weather on Thursday I guess I should count myself that i have lost.......0.8lb LOL, better than nothing eh?
Today the food I have scoffed looks like this:
Breakfast - overnight oats made with mullerlight and topped with a tonne of raspberries
Lunch - Salad of tinned tuna, cucumber, red peppers, tomatoes and lettuce and a smidge of extra light helmans mayo
Dinner - left over beef casserole from last night
Syns - some in the casserole thanks to gravy granule and a couple of toffees
I've also had milk in my coffeeThey have the internet on computers now?! - Homer Simpson
It's always better to be late in this life, than early in the next0 -
Well done on your 2lb Lois, and well done for sticking to plan whilst eating out :T:T
Well done nomojo and you Lush :T
Hope your dad's surgery goes ok tomorrow x
That salad looks fresher than the stuff I buy for full price meg! Great bargains...
Keep plodding Liz, it'll be dropping off you soon enough.that menu looks good today..
Just sorted out my menu for tomorrow.. EE..
B - strawberries, yogurt, choc shot (0.5) granola (heb)
L - LO pizza frittata (bit of cheese I'll class as part HEA) baby spinach, pickles
T - gammon, egg and potato rostis from the mag - with salad
S - crisps (6) milk in tea (part HEA)
The pizza frittata was really nice, i'd really recommend it :drool:it was a recipe out of one of the magazines from a while back so it's probably on the website now. A good way of getting extra veggies in as we packed it with onions, peppers and OH had mushrooms - anything tastes nice covered in cheese!:DMortgage amount at 31/12/2011 £166,050 now £0 as at Sept 21 - 15yrs 4 months early.0 -

She must be feeling positive :rotfl:

Ha forgot to post my result for tonight when I popped in a little while ago :T
This week Shala I'm reporting a loss of 2.5lbs :j:j:j Quite pleased with that - might seem like a lot but I put 1.5 on last week and didn't know why. Thanfully that has shifted this week and taken a friend with it
Well done CP too :T. I am pretty sure we can get SOTW at different classes if we have lost the most at that particular group and fulfil all the other criteria ie not gained the week before etc. Your friend must think she's had a good week eh
Well we have cooker repair man coming in the morning - anytime between 7.18 and 10.18 precisely :rotfl:. I will be out early anyway so DH will have to get a wriggle on
Taking a cuppa up to bed now and watch a bit of soaps (probably fall asleep within 10 mins). Had call from DH's brother while I was at SW inviting us to join them on a mini cruise type thing at the end of the year (prob Nov). Getting quite excited as that is something totally different for us and much more keen to join now there is less chance of me sinking the ship
Hope you all have a great week.

:T more losses rolling in. Well done liz and lush and beg and CP!!
I like the look of that leek and potato bake meg. Is there a recipe of did you make it up?
Can't see the pizza frittata on the site shala. Is it basically a frittata with loads of cheese on top? or do you make a plain omelette and then load it?
Hope you feel better tomorrow wiz and that your dad's surgery goes well lush.
