Of course, you did tell us and I'm so sorry I forgot:o.

Not sure if you read my post a few weeks back when my consultant told the group that she eats no veg at all. Hers is a similar issue but it was her mother that forced her as a child. Anyway. the good part is that she's lost loads of weight including baby weight from the 3 children she's had in the 5 years I've known her and she looks great. What she does is makes sure she buys in all the Speed fruit she likes every week. Her tip was to eat a bowl of fruit before her meals which apparently helps her with carb overload. I'm not sure how I'd feel about eating sweet before savoury but it works for her.

Do you like berries? A bowl of those with some FF yogurt and some sweetner if you like is yum.

Please don't apologise! There are that many "faces" around here you do amazing to keep up with everyone the way you do! :T I snack on fruit and beetroot (random). Love grapes but they aren't speed. Love strawberries (finances permitting, lol). Tangerines. All yummy. Yoghurt is another "hospital" food, lol. I really struggle getting my HEA. Most times I just add 30g of cheese to something! Otherwise its just a glass of milk or milk on my cereal. Its ridiculous! Believe it or not, I eat more now than I have EVER eaten when it comes to fruit. I try new foods when I'm ready. I went years just living on sandwiches, crisps, chocolate and biscuits. Love a jacket potato these days and I eat the skin :eek: A couple of years ago this would have brought on massive anxiety :rotfl:

Its good you can relate binging to a reason and thank you for telling us. :( Battle on Mrs. Your here and trying and it will all pay of in the end!

Sometimes its easier just to tell people. Not because I'm looking for sympathy or anything because that is the last thing I want. I had YEARS of sympany! Poor "CP" back in hospital lol. Its easier just so people can say "oh right, we won't force you to try it then" :rotfl:

A bit late to the party but I've followed tweets over from the elite board. I knew nothing about this thread and have only been doing sw for 7 weeks. I lost 10llb but missed class last week and fell off the wagon....hoping not too much damage done when I weigh in tomorrow.

This thread looks fab, so many losses and recipes. I hope you don't mind me joining you late for the challenge, I can be here unofficially if need be. I would like to lose 7lb before Halloween bearing in mind that I have a week all inclusive in Portugal booked in 2 weeks time :T

I need a big nudge quite often as I have a lot to lose and it can seem daunting when I think about it.

    -2lbs for me please Shala
That's also my Club 10 :j Two thirds of the way to target, just another 4 stone to go  And TBH, target weight will still have my BMI over 25 but I'll deal with that when (If) I get there!

Everyone seems to be doing really well and thank you for the recipes that keep popping up...there're all going on the meal planner.

Then don't think about the whole amount you have to lose, split it into chunks and concentrate on one chunk at a time :D I think that's where the challenge helps a bit as it breaks down our main targets... I've added you btw, welcome

*SOTW is the person who has lost the most weight this week, but also had a loss or sts last week.

We have had quite a few people that haven't posted results for a few weeks and have disappeared off the board so I've took those lines out (it makes our % look better;) :rotfl:) so apologies if I've took anyone off prematurely.. give me a shout and i'll pop you back on - I have all the details still..

I wish.... However I have issues with food and don't eat any vegetables apart from peas, beetroot and onion. I've tried so hard, but I just can't bring myself to eating it. Not sure if i've explained before but I spend a lot of my childhood in hospital being forced to eat or else I couldn't go home. It has truly scared me. And i know how stupid it is! :rotfl:

Counting pennies, I know how you feel about vegetables, I hate them.
Although I can eat them in broth or soups, but separately on a plate ugh !! Horrible. I can eat peas carrots beetroot and tomatoes now and then I try a couple of sprigs of cauli or a few green beans but cover them in gravy. I don't enjoy them at all. So I do Green days mostly because I don't have to eat as many veg.
Just do your best and it will come off eventually. :D
