Oo-er - I'm not so keen on tomato ketchup either after reading that!
Having said that, I'm sure there will be traces of animal protein in every food we eat, but isn't being a vegetarian more about ending the cruelty of the meat industry rather than not ingesting animal protein per se?

Lantanna I hope you start to feel better soon.... Chin up! xx
I've had fruit for breakfast.... But torn over lunch!
SW chips and egg or hot roast chicken sandwich with sw chips?? I really want the sandwich, but the bun is HUGE! Mother dropped them off. I'm at work later, so thinking the bun might keep me going for the rest of the day.
How many syns would you say in a large wholemeal bun.... They from Aldi (4 pack)

I just checked it out on the app (always forget about that!). Its 9.5. My next question is do you think if I use it as my HEB and then add 5 syns would that work?? Or is that wishful thinking! Lol!

I would say there probably around 200 calories CP. If your not having your HE b on anything else, I would say this once go for it. A hot roast chicken sandwich sounds lovely.

Welcome! We all need a nudge every so often trust me!!! Or a poke with Shalas stick.
How much would you like to lose? I lost 6.8 stone, not to be boastful and I'm over it anyway lol:rotfl: but I always tell people who have a lot to lose as an encouragement as it can be done and I would never have believed it if someone had told me! I'm slowly trying to crawl back to target now after illness and losing my motivation etc. We are all in the same boat, just trying to be the best version of ourselves.
I'd be boasting if I lost over 6 stone lantanna :T I would like to lose 8 or 9 stone  Not sure how I let myself get to this point - I think I convinced myself that this is how I was meant to be...curvy, only the curves are now in the shape of a beach ball :rotfl: I am only 5ft 2" as well so god knows how my joints have coped with the extra weight. My knees and ankles are starting to show signs of strain now though and my kids are still young so I need to be able to do stuff with them. Got to stick with it and be happy for every 1lb off
Tweets had warned me about the stick....might need the boot as well some weeks
Well done to the SOTW :T
Here is my plan for the day
Brekkie: shreddies and a clementine (heb)
Dinner: sw chips and egg and a muller greek yog 0.5 syns
Tea: Shepherds pie and broccoli
Syns: muller layers 3.5 syns and a pack of space raiders 3.5 syns
hea is milk for shreddies and cuppas
I usually use my full allowance of 15 syns but will try not to today...depends how snacky I get though
Thanks for the lovely welcome :A0 -

This is the key I think.... Even half a pound off is better than on. Good luck with your journey. You sound focused. Keep on posting and everyone here is here for you, to celebrate your losses and pick you up if you hit a wall.
