Meg - love it! Certainly seems true for lots of us on here, LOL!

CP - noticed that you only have egg white. Is there a particular reason for that?

I decided to go to WI after jumping on the bathroom scales this morning! Managed a STS, so I'm happy with that. Just need to try and be a bit more careful this weekend so I don't end up having virtually no syns from Mon - Wed and then deciding on Wed evening I'm going to go have far too many, like I did last night.

We're away over the weekend but not sure whether we'll be eating out again but if we do I think I'll stick with chicken or steak with salad & jacket potato.

Have chopped up the squash ready to make tonight's curry. Have to say I'm really looking forward to it. I'm also going to make a rice pudding as I saw the Almond Breeze in Mr Ts and thought I'd make one with that which can be part of my 2nd HEA. I like that you can have 875mls of it for HEA so I'll make a big one using the whole litre. May even have some cold for supper if I'm feeling peckish!

Really praying for a loss in the morning. I'm getting to the stage I need to start losing again or I'll be very discouraged. Not giving up but discouraged.:o

Having the rest of my BNS & Sweet potato soup, with a Kingsmill Wholemeal Thin (HEb), Laughing Cow Light (HEa), Smoked Ham, Pickles, tomatoes and cucumber.

I've lost track of what SW is calling everything now, but to me these are Superfree and Speed. Fingers crossed for the morning. I almost can't wait to get into bed and get up to get weighed. Sad:rotfl:

I'm in a baaaaad place with my eating at the moment. I need the bitey boot, but my bottom is rather large so maybe one for each side!

I skipped last week's group, I've lost my motivation and regained at least half a stone. Still going to weigh in on Mon, but not expecting good news. Hoping I can do better over the weekend.

PS well done HorseyKaz and all losers!

Hiya  welcome to the thread. Never be afraid to use all 15 syns, they are to make sure you don't feel deprived of the treats that don't fit in to the plan and if you don't have them you may feel deprived at some point and then there's a risk of bingeing. Good luck with your goal

I did use them all in the end...I hear of people only using 5 or so each day but I struggle to do that so am happy if I stick to 15. Ended up having a 10 syn maxibon last night instead of my planned syns, so worth it :D

CP - do you work in a restaurant? It's hard to stay on plan when you're surrounded by food, I work in a shop/cafe/takeaway and have the same problem. Did you go for the hot chicken sandwich? The thought of it made my mouth water!

Yep.... I work in a hut that sells pizza ;) It is soooo hard!! :o

Had the hot roast chicken sandwich and it was BEAUTIFUL! I love hot beef and hot pork too. Don't know why, but its just my signature meal lol :rotfl:

The only reason is because i'm odd :rotfl: If the eggs are hard boiled, I adore the egg white but I hate the texture of the yoke! Yet LOVE soft boiled eggs and frylight fried eggs! :rotfl:

You will learn I'm very strange

Today hasn't gone to plan (for a change :rotfl::rotfl: ) as my nephew wasn't well and been very clingy so I've not really had a chance to make meals. He has just gone home, had himsince breakfast. However I haven't gone off the rails (yet).

    Breakfast: Hi-Fi bar x 2

Lunch: SW chips (I know I eat far too many of these :o ), fried egg and lean ham.

Snacks: Grapes, 2 tangerines and 2 cadburys roses (4 syns).

I'm hungry now, but no idea what to eat. DH has just got in from work, I've gotta go to Tesco with him to pick up something from click and collect then go and pick 2 of my kids up at 8.30pm. So its gonna be late when I get back in..... Suggestions??

ended up loving my tea. for the meatballs I put together: onion, mushrooms, chopped tinned tomatoes and yellow pepper and both wonder bairn and I enjoyed it :)

Have decided I will go to my parents tomorrow night rather than Saturday and i'm not going to go to the baptism and dedication of my friends two children on Sunday -can't afford it in all honesty sad as that is! Plus it will mean that wonder bairn and I get some time with my dad after his op on Tuesday just chilling out and cooking :)

    tomorrow:
breakfast: full English at networking event
lunch: don't usually bother after such a big breakfast. maybe some quick noodles (2syn)
tea: whatever dad decides we are having. he usually tries to cook stuff bf doesn't like so that me and wonder bairn can have a treat :)
