Evening all - well done everyone who's being good :-)

I fell off the wagon big style today - choc tiffin and lemon cake for lunch (!) as was out at a craft fair thing :-(
Not sure whether to carry on and have dinner as planned or whether to try and counteract overindulgence by skipping it ?!?

Here's weekly plan (assuming I get back on track again!!):
    F: Fruit/Yog; Out; Cottage pie & Veg
S: Fruit/Yog; Bread roll Pizza; Chicken Laksa
S: Fruit/Yog; Soup; Roast Chicken and roast veggies
M: Weetabix/fruit; JP & LO Yellow Curryl Veggie Stir Fry
T: Weetabix/fruit; Spaghetti & Tom Sald; Piri Piri Chicken & Fries
W: Weetabix/fruit; Cous cous with apple and roasted pepper; Chilli & Rice
T: Weetabix/fruit; JP & LO Chilli; Tuna Past Putanesca
  • 0.5lb loss for me this week please

I had a naff week food-wise so surprised with the loss to be honest as I was more off plan than I was on plan

Well done to SOTWs and those who lost, big hugs to the STSers and gainers

I'm loaded with cold today, went to bed with a slight headache this afternoon and woke up with what feels like a full blown chest infection  My throat is so sore, thank heavens for low syn ice creams I may now be addicted to mini milks :D

Hope everyone's had a good week

Skipping meals isn't a good idea, the body goes into starvation mode. Why don't you have dinner but cut down on whatever carbs you were planning to have?

  • Thanks Lois - I did have dinner - thought it was better to have that rather than get the nibbles later. It was cottage pie with half swede/half potato mash on top, so not too many carbs :-)
  • Hope you're feeling better soon Candyapple :-(

Morning all  bit quiet in here at the weekends isn't it.. hope you're all out enjoying yourselves :j

Not managed to get back on plan properly as have the lurgy (a bad cold) and I use any excuse to eat bread :rotfl: It's a duvet/PJ day in our house today, i'm feeling all stuffy still and OH managed to give himself food poisoning with some chicken from Morris0ns last night so we've both been up most of the night.. yawn.gif

    So how is everyone? :D

Well done BEG for standing strong, you have some great willpower there! :T

Elona, look at your total loss and don't focus on your weekly losses if you think you're losing too slowly. It's surprising how it adds up.. and coming off slowly is better than not coming off at all! ;)

Happy belated birthday wishes Maisie _party_ hope you had a lovely day x

Lantanna, it may be a weird question but are you eating enough, especially with going to the gym? I don't know the technicalities of it but sometimes I see on MFP people being told to eat more when they're not losing (healthy food obviously :))

Hope you feel a bit better today candyapple x

I'm not going to promise to be on track today - too much pressure :rotfl: - but i'll do what I can.. OH won't be eating, I imagine, so it depends if I can be bothered to cook something for myself or not.. only had 2 toast so far..

    xx

I'm having a brain dead moment, if I was 1.4lb (after the st number) and now 13.8lb how much did I lose? Giving me a headache thinking about it :o. I'm not that bothered as its a loss just can't work it out :rotfl:
Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T
