Evening all,
Sorry I've not logged in this week, been a busy one and I plain forgot to come record my progress, or lack of it.....
So last week I discovered that the plan works.....because I lost 3lb by following it to the letter and then promptly gained it all back this week by being a muppet! Lol
I got a little silly at the pub Friday night and ended up in Tesco on the way home with the munchies.....then yesterday with a hangover I drove to McD's because I was craving something rubbish....oh boy.
Anyway I've drawn a line under that and been much better today:
Breakfast - mushrooms, onion, red peppers, eggs and bacon all cooked in frylight
Lunch - jacket potato with a smidge of extra light mayo, topped with smoked salmon and served with a tonne of salad
Dinner - risotto with butternut squash, onions mushroom and courgette
Snacks - 2 finger kit Kat, extra light mayo
HEA - milk in coffee
HEB - bread roll with breakfast
This coming week I'll be sticking to plan as much as poss though I am going out this Thursday with my college mates to a local pub, plus DH has a big birthday coming up shortly which involve lots of eating and drinking out....god help me! LolThey have the internet on computers now?! - Homer Simpson

Hi everyone just dashing in for a bit of catch up.
Well done losers :T.
Hope the poorlies are feeling better soon.
Night out last night involved a meat pie and half boost bar when I got home - nuff said. It was however alcohol free evening as I volunteered to drive so it was diet coke and soda water for me.
Back on it today and hoping that last night's little hiccup wont scupper tomorrow night's wi.
Hope you all have a good week.

Sorry that I've been MIA for a while. Can't really explain what happened....just read that back and I can lol!!.....had a couple of events and then was a bit lax with the plan for a couple of weeks after I'd had a taste of what 'normal' people eat
I'd booked a week off class anyway and then took a week cos I couldn't face going back being so far over the target range! But, faced the music last Wednesday and I'm 1.5lb over target range now and with any luck, I'll be less this week.
Today, we had our usual Sunday breakfast (about 10am) with bacon, egg, beans, mushrooms and toast, with latte so both healthy extras used. I only had a yoghurt for lunch as we were out and about, and late getting back. I then made a chicken stir fry with noodles, all free foods. Straight after as I was still hungry, I had another yoghurt with loads of fruit mixed in and half an hour later, I'm starving again....WHAT'S THE DEAL? Oh, syn wise, I've had a yorkie button, ice lolly, biscuit and chocolate, totalling 12.0 -

Happy birthday for [STRIKE]yesterday [/STRIKE]a few days ago. Maisie.
Well done, candyapple, Abbafan, TIE, durham and Sandhy.
Hope everyone is on the mend who’s been under the weather xxx
Well, I’m not looking forward to scaling the scales tomorrow. We are going away for a wee trip from Wednesday until Sunday so I haven’t done any shopping since the middle of last week and we will be living off whatever I can put together. I will buy milk for OH, however. I’ll post my menus as “retrospectives”
Today I had:
Breakfast: French toast (hexb) with raspberries and maple syrup (1 syn)
Lunch: forgot to have it (!) until DD arrived with DGS mid afternoon. They’d cycled out, so while they were being refreshed had 2 Garibaldis (4 syns) and a packet of Haribos (the toty size - 5? syns). DSiL came out and took DGS home in car with bike (it took over an hour to get here) while DD cycled home. lol.
Dinner: roast chicken leg with roasted veg (red pepper, red onion, potaotes and sprouts – yes, I roasted the sprouts and they were fine!), dessert made from 1 ginger nut (2 ½ syns), brambles, ff Greek yogurt
Snacks (choose from): 2 small oatcakes (4 syns) with hexa laughing cow light
Total 17 ½ syns

Back from a lovely weekend away. There was a pie night on Saturday along with some barn dancing. I was fairly good on pie night as I took along some chicken drumsticks for myself so had those with some mash & baked bean. Mash tasted as though it was made without milk & butter as it was very dry but I've allowed a few syns for it just in case! I had a small amount of apple crumble & custard so another few syns there as well.
However a lot of alcohol syns were consumed along with a roast dinner in the site restaurant which was very nice and not too many syns apart from roasties and probably 5 for a smallish yorkie.
No idea how many syns in total but am going to try to keep syns very low between now and WI on Thursday.
Today will be an EE day:
B - scrambled eggs & smoked salmon on toast; fruit of some sort
L - HM carrot & coriander soup
D - roast duck breast; roast potatoes, roasted carrots, cabbage & green beans
HEA - milk in tea throughout the day
HEB - bread
No syns planned.
