Post from yesterday did not seem to post so without repeating it all well done to the SOTW and everyone who has lost weight this week.

Did not have a great day yesterday as it was my birthday. OH and DS1 are away at present so parents treated me and D2 to fish and chips and a cream filled cake afterwards!!!! Oh well maybe no wine syns for me this week and I will get yet another STS lol.

Oh well on holiday next week so planning a big soup making session to get the freezer stocked which will be good - I love my soups

    Happy Birthday for yesterday!

  • Belated Birthday Wishes Maisie. As meg says - everything is classed as syn-free on your birthday - you must have forgotten that rule :rotfl:

Stay focused on the size 12's lantanna and it will come good for you soon - you so deserve it. Oh just for the record, I remembered the pomegranates ;).

Love the new day quote Lois. When I am doing my food diary, each day, regardless of how much space I have left on a page (big book) - I have to start a new page. I cannot even write on the back of the page (sorry :money:).

Late lunch today - jacket potato with fishsticks mixed with vlf mayo/yog/ketchup served with a large green mixed salad and it was an apple and plum for afters.

Middle dd came round this morning to pick up the two dozen pizza wheels I baked for her and her friends this morning. I did not even have a taste!!!:j

Weetabix and fruit for breakfast and home made chicken and veg broth with melon and yoghurt for lunch.

I went to a flower demo with buffet last night. I had a mugshot before going and instead of heading for sweet stuff I had half an egg sandwich, olives, two crisps and a small slice of fruit cake so quite pleased.

Youngest just phoned me to say she had been offered two jobs and starts a graduate job on Monday.:j She is very happy and I am so pleased for her.

Might do sw chips with an egg or low syn fish inspiration tonight and add sliced gherkin and beetroot.

I have a strange notion for a Wagon Wheel! Haven't had one in years!

Does anybody know can a Wholemeal Pitta be your HEb or do you have to syn it? I had one for lunch with lots of salad. Just one from the Tesco 50p pack.

Glad you got your Poms BEG! It will come good in the end I'm sure of it. I'm not allowed a chippy until I'm in the next stone bracket so I would like to see that happening this year.

Got my Cauli Rice for my Chilli tonight for after the gym. Going to syn a little bit of choc, funsize malteasers maybe.

The asda wholemeal pittas used to be a healthy extra but they changed the recipe so now they are not, not enough fibre apparently I still count them though as its such a small difference.

Cant find any pitta listed as a HE Tesco are 6.5 syns
