The only reason is because i'm odd :rotfl: If the eggs are hard boiled, I adore the egg white but I hate the texture of the yoke! Yet LOVE soft boiled eggs and frylight fried eggs! :rotfl:
I am completely the same I peel my hard boil egg so I don't have to eat it in my opinion it the textureSlimming world Journey 2 stone 9.5lb loss:T0 -

Did good today
Brekkie: weetabix, banana and clementine hxb
dinner: left over shepherds pie
tea: piri piri pork and couscous, muller yoghurt
hea = milk for brews
snacks: muller layers 3.5, space raiders 3, lidl fake bueno thingy 6 and pickled onions
The shepherds pie I made last night was lovely, no recipe just made sure all ingredients were free. I added fromage frais to the mash instead of milk and I really did not like itOH commented that it had a funny taste and I said it must be too much pepper
He wouldn't have ate it if I'd told the truth :rotfl:
The pork tonight was not so nice  Only me having it though as the family were having burgers. I even managed to mess up the couscous by putting too much water in it. Not one for the recipe book0 -
Good for you, elona. Kaz, beanie and tweets.
As meg says, lantanna, you are doing well, as evidenced by your clothes.
Pennies I don’t think you’re odd at all! I love soft boiled eggs and squishy fried eggs, but don’t like and won’t eat hard egg yolk – unless it’s mooshed into egg mayo or mooshed in a cup with butter!
Stuck to plan today again and used 10 syns.
Friday – I could easily fall flat on my face here
Breakfast: fruit, WW ff Greek lemon yogurt
Lunch: omelette with ham, salad (leaves, syboes, radish, cucumber) and beetroot
Dinner: (here’s the risky bit) DGS’s birthday tea; will probably be things like sausage rolls, mini sausages, pizza and, of course, birthday cake, so all my syns and hexa and hexb being saved for this.
Snacks (choose from): fruit
Good luck everyone.Sewing 88/COLOR]Woollies 19Card s 91Reading 37/400 -
Away for the weekend in the motorhome again so will be having easy meals without using the oven - so no SW chips!
Will be having EE days all weekend.
Today's plan is:
B - bacon, egg & mushrooms
L - LO squash & chard curry; HEB pitta
D - Salmon with chilli ginger sauce (a Hairy Bikers recipe from their 1st diet book); potatoes, green beans
HEA - milk in tea throughout the day
HEB - pitta (not an official HEB any more but was when I was losing weight so still use from time to time now I'm at target)
Syns: ginger ball in syrup 2; weekend wine:D.
Have quite a bit to do this morning including making the marinade for the salmon dish; peeling and boiling potatoes to make salmon fishcakes for lunch tomorrow; pack food into the motorhome fridge and getting my hair cut. All this and more to do before DH gets home from work around 3pm!
Good job I got up a bit earlier than usual this morning:rotfl:.
Have a good weekend everyone.

Post from yesterday did not seem to post so without repeating it all well done to the SOTW and everyone who has lost weight this week.
Did not have a great day yesterday as it was my birthday. OH and DS1 are away at present so parents treated me and D2 to fish and chips and a cream filled cake afterwards!!!! Oh well maybe no wine syns for me this week and I will get yet another STS lol.
Oh well on holiday next week so planning a big soup making session to get the freezer stocked which will be good - I love my soups0 -

Just carrying on and taking the trousers as a sign it will all end up ok.
Anyway its Friday and new syns start today.:D Every day is a new start - liked that quote Beanie. Well done on your loss btw.
Going to the gym tonight too. Haven't been all week.
Having fruit for Breakfast, Salad for lunch and either Chilli with green veg for tea0
