Snap! Have got it in the SC now but won't be eating until tomorrow. Think it always tastes better when reheated.

Having to use up duck breast today as I got it out for dinner yesterday but we ended up eating out at lunchtime so just had a snack last night.

  • Well another week gone, not to good this week stayed the same, better than putting on.
Must try harder am easily tempted when OH eating crisps, choc etc. During work time I am very good but once home that's it.
  • Made it to group this morning as opposed to tonight as I'm busy, pleased I went, a loss of -2.5lb please Shala! :j:j:j

Now I'm not going to lose next week, I'm going to gain, because I've got a meal out on Wednesday, and on Friday I'm going away for the weekend with friends and all that will be involved is food and drink :rotfl: It has been planned for months and I'm really looking forward to it so gonna enjoy myself. Going away without any kids for the 1st time in YEARS!!! ;)

If I can limit my gain to 2lb I will. Going to make sure I go to the gym tonight, wednesday morning and Thursday night to try and help things. Need to limit my sins too, but I'm gonna make sure I enjoy myself! :rotfl:

Have a good week everyone.... Will update food plan later!

  • Thanks for the well wishes, finally on the mend today after a weekend full of sleep, cold & flu tabs and strepsils.

I didn't feel hungry at all over the weekend, I ate little bits of things so whether this will impact me at all on weigh day who knows. I was ravenous as soon as I woke up this morning so I must be better now :D

Have been doing green days since Saturday, I thought I would really be craving meat big time but surprisingly I'm not (but then I wasn't really craving anything but we'll see what happens today & tomorrow). I do love green/red days for the extra HEXs, they definitely make me use less syns overall.

Hope you all have a good week

No idea Shala, no idea. I'm def eating more than before anyway when I was at target I think.

Anyway I've ate more than enough over the weekend as I was out for lunch on Saturday and had chips. Had an indian yesterday as well with my sister to watch the rugby and there was a chocolate binge too on Friday night.

Speed soup is just any type of soup made of out of speed veg.

There is a specific SW Speed Soup recipe which I'm sure somebody will be able to give you. I've just made a soup up out of things I needed using.

Its broccoli, cauliflower, leeks, few baby sweetcorn, tin of mixed spicy beans, green beans, tin of chopped tomatoes and a tin of green lentils with a few spices thrown in for good measure. Bit of a strange concoction wouldnt be overly rushing to have it again. But its ok and will use the stuff up and serve a purpose since I've been so bad :rotfl:
