lantanna~~ I so agree about the balance thing.
That is what I do find difficult~the balance between SW & living my life.
If I am invited to go out I am not one to say no or be very strict and go without. Brill, thanks Denise. Had another think about it last night and I might do onion bhajis. Been meaning to try them for a while but not got around to it. Seen two very different recipes for them so far, do just need to pick one!
I've made the ones on the SW website and they were quite good. DH and I managed to eat all 12 of them between us!

Hi  how's everyone doing? just a quick one while i'm on break at work..
Some good losses rolling in :T:T i'll do the chart later when i'm back at home
WB pennylane
Enjoy your cruise Dillon..and enjoy your holiday greentiger.. not at all jealous
My menu for today - red day
B - fruit, yogurt, scan bran cake 3 _pale_ (threw the rest away, i just can't!)
L - chicken salad sandwich (heb &2 for mayo)
T - kebabs, hm wrap (heb) mint yogurt, salad, pickles
S - apple, crisps (5) half a morrisons cookie(6?) milk (hea)
Still within syns for the day even with my slip up.. but i'm doing the most boring work today and i can't keep my eyes open so needed sugar :rotfl:Mortgage amount at 31/12/2011 £166,050 now £0 as at Sept 21 - 15yrs 4 months early.0 -
I will weigh in in the morning, my scales can't decide what I weigh today (I always weigh three times to make sure its consistent).
Drs appointment wasn't too bad; met with no resistance to changing my tablets back to my old ones - afterall it was a cost saving exercise for them. Apparently the two tablets are exactly the same hormone wise but its the only thing I've changed during this time when I've gained and not been able to lose (I've gained over a stone in total since starting them, my skin is worse and so are my emotions so I don't care if they think its a placebo if it works I'll be happy!) Also got a script for a nasal spray to try and my sinuses are already playing up again.
Change of plan for this evening. No longer going to bf's mum's for tea etc. Bit of a pain as the only thing I have that won't take ages to cook is a southern fried chicken wrap meal kit. It won't freeze and was reduced so need using. I will have it an flex it in with a low syn day tomorrow and Thursday.
Plan for tomorrow:
breakfast: porridge and banana (heb part hea)
lunch: soup (5syns) plus sweetclem. Might bring in some cous cous with veggies and tuna too in case I get the munchies again like today!
tea: I might make a cottage pie tonight (no extra gravy so syn free) with pumpkin and potato mash. muller light treat corner thing afterwards for 2syn (I think?)
Thursday
breakfast: porridge and banana (heb plus part hea)
lunch: jacket potato with tuna and beans
tea: chicken and rice with veggies and sauce (5syn) muller light corner thing again for 2 syn
need to get bf's 30th invites for the family done tonight/asap so should really get little one bathed and asleep after the Gb game (5.30 ITV4) then crack on whilst I watch TV:)

Aw bless you lantanna for your kind words of support - they really do mean a lot. I know, despite yoyoing there still is a bit of a downward trend but as you say it is so frustrating when you have had really good weeks and then gain . I have had a little chat to myself and I think I will carry on doing what I am doing and get Christmas over with and then I will review how things are going and how I feel about weight/size then and maybe try and work out roughly where I want to be for target. When I was size 24-26 I used to think if only I could get to a nice size 16 (and stay there
) I would be a happy bunny. Well I am now mainly a 16 (size I try on first and work from there) but I think if I stop now, I will be stopping before I reach the end of the road iykwim. I had to see nurse yesterday for my injections and she thought I was probably at target and found it hard to believe I was still around 12st 6.
. As for you lantanna, you have had such a rough time of it healthwise and I really admire your determination to get back to where you want to be. Right that's enough of the mutual appreciation society for one night :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: Oh the pomegranates - they're still on the worktop
. Just haven't had the time to faff with them over the weekend. I did buy a box of Asda All Bran stuff yesterday and had a HE of it last night (no result yet) and plan on having another dose of it tonight
Congratulations HorseyKaz on achieving SOTW :T:T:T. Thanks so much for the chart Shala
Never mind Roland - it's a new week - that's what I'm thinking anyway.
Tried the Heck Chicken Italia Sausages tonight (0.5 syns each) and they were quite pleasant. Had 3 with SW chips, 2 fried eggs and beetroot and will munch on a couple later.

Lunch - left over spaghetti from last night, boiled potatoes, lettuce, cucumber, smidge of extra light mayo and a vanilla mullerlight
Dinner - SW chips, eggs and baked beans
Syns - mayo, laughing cow triangles, two mini chocolate orange segments, 2 finger kit Kat
Also had milk in coffee thoughout the dayThey have the internet on computers now?! - Homer Simpson
