Another EE day today:
B - Bacon, egg, mushrooms & beans
L - LO beef stew (very little meat so really a plate of veg in gravy!); LO mash
D - HM chicken & vegetable curry (inc courgettes, aubergine, potato, peppers & brocolli plus the usual onions & tomatoes - not sure what else I've got in the fridge but will use anything that needs using up as shopping again tomorrow). Will have with rice.
HEA - milk in tea throughout the day
HEB - 1 slice bread (0.5); Alpen Light (0.5) if needed this evening
Have got some smoked salmon & crabsticks in the fridge to snack on and various pieces of fruit.

Well done HorseyKaz! :T
We are exactly the same weight right now BEG.
Go carefully when picking your target. You want something a weight that you are going to be comfortable with and find it easy to stay at. You'll work it out. Picking your finishing point is often the hardest part of this losing weight stuff!
Not much happening here today
Oats and Yogurt for Breakfast
Big Tuna Pasta Salad with loads of Superfree and HE Cheese for lunch
Chicken Curry for tea with BNS Chips
Will go to the gym tonight0 -
Lots of poorliness around at the moment isn't there.. it's a sign winter is on it's way! I've got to admit (apart from the illnesses that appear) Autumn is my favourite time of year, i enjoy wearing big snuggly jumpers and eating stew and shepherds pie..
