Evening all,
I've discovered today a new favourite....laughing cow light triangles with blue cheese....they are GORGEOUS! I stuffed one inside a chicken breast and wrapped it in lean bacon for dinner. DH had one too and wolfed it down
As for the rest of my day, it looked like this:
Breakfast - overnight oats made with toffee mullerlight and mixed fruit (cherries and blackberries)
Lunch - salad of boiled potatoes, cucumber, tomato, lettuce, yellow pepper with a smidge of extra light mayo and some smoked salmon
Dinner - above mentioned chicken in bacon stuffed with cheese served with green beans and SW chips
Syns - laughing cow triangle, mayo, velvet crunch crisps
Also had milk in coffee as usual

Tomorrow I'm going out after work / college to socialise with my new college mates. We're going to a local pub that I know nothing about and it doesn't have a website - I'll be sticking to Diet Coke drink wise as I'll be driving home, as for food.....I'm wondering if I should just have what I fancy and flexi syn or go for the most SW friendly looking item on the menu?
Any thoughts guys? They have the internet on computers now?! - Homer Simpson

We are exactly the same weight right now BEG. YAAAAAY:j:j:j
Go carefully when picking your target. You want something a weight that you are going to be comfortable with and find it easy to stay at. You'll work it out. Picking your finishing point is often the hardest part of this losing weight stuff!
All Bran not worked so far and the pommies are still on worktop.
Took DS to out of town shopping centre today (his birthday) and the menfolk went to cinema and I had three glorious hours to myself. We had lunch in Subway so I was quite happy getting a salad (little bit of honey and mustard dressing and a few olives that counted). But I brought a M&S Lemon Drizzle back to my Mum's - well even a 29 year old needs a birthday cake don't they
. It was cut into five equal pieces haven't a clue how many syns but it was lush and well worth it. Will keep syns down now for rest of day. Used 1 syn for gravy for tea and I was ever so good and took the skin off my drumsticks

I bought a countdown this morning and am going to really have a big push before the festivities begin.
I'm so jealous of you Matron on two counts - firstly that you have had a week in Northumberland - we love it. Secondly that you have managed to come home with a STS :rotfl:
Looking forward to seeing Apprentice tonight. Going to be a couch tatty for the rest of the night.

Hi all
1lb on for me this week. To be honest I am pretty pleased about that as have had a horrendous week. However since Monday I have been on it like a car bonnet;)
I made two huge pans of soup, 12 chickpea dhal muffins and 12 sw mini quiche so have had my lunches sorted out for the past 3 days and nibbles for when I am hungry. I really need to get a loss this week as I have done nothing on this challenge and that is not good enough!!
Congrats to SOTW and everyone else who has lost.:T0 -
Onion Bhajis went down quite well. Hardly anyone at class though and even fewer brought anything so didn't get to taste very much! Lost 1.5lb which took me back to target range though, so I still don't need to pay anything0

Loads of tasters at class tonight and everything was really good.
I brought strawberries dipped in dark chocolate and dd made tiny brownies which we arranged together on a tray.
DD has been really sticking to plan this week and lost 5 and a half pounds and I have been less focused and put on half a pound. I have lost ten pounds this month in total so need to keep on track.
Two birthdays this month so might be a bit tricky but will do my best."This site is addictive!"

Think I'm probably out of target range as have had far too many syns this week! Not sure whether or not I'll weigh this morning but probably won't. I really need to get back onto plan properly - haven't really got my head back in the right place since getting back from holiday a month or so ago - have had STS for the last 3 weeks. This coming week is going to be even more difficult as I have my sister coming for a couple of days and we're also doing a day trip to France so means a meal out so quite a few syns.
Today's plan will be EE again:
B - strawberries; banana at group (after WI if I do decide to weigh to see what the damage is this week!)
L - LO chicken & vegetable curry; mini naan bread
D - butchers low fat sausages; mash; green beans; brussels
HEA - milk in tea throughout the day
HEB - not sure, possibly a couple of Alpen Lights
Syns - sausages; mini naan
