    Morning all,

I forgot to post what I ate yesterday so here it is:

Breakfast - weetabix with milk (HEA/HEB
Lunch - pasta with tomatoes, red onions, mushrooms and quorn pieces, also chucked in two extra light laughing cow triangles
Dinner - hubby made beef burgers, he used lean mince but I know he used olive oil to cook them so I'll count syns for that. Also a shed load of lettuce and tomatoes on the side
Snacks - mullerlight yoghurts and banana

    Today, the plan is.....
Breakfast - fried eggs, potatoes, bacon, mushrooms and tomato all cooked in fry light
Lunch - not sure yet as still full from breakfast!
Dinner - prawn spaghetti - I plan to fry the prawns in fry light with garlic and pasata and serve over spaghetti with salad on the side
Syns - I may have a tipple of vodka and Diet Coke this evening and some chocolate type thing

Have a great Saturday all :)

Just realised after posting my plan for today I have no HEA or B listed, I'll have milk in coffee and tea throughout the day. As for HEB I don't know yet, I may have some toast this evening if I fancy it.

It doesn't matter too much if you don't have both HEA and B every day does it?

No it won't hurt for a day now and again. They are 'extra' to the plan but I'm sure you're not going short of fibre or calcium in general so don't worry about it.:)

    Morning all :)

Well this morning's breakfast was fruit and yogurt, not sure what lunch is going to be yet, something SW friendly, but the rest of the weekend will be beyond my control as we're heading north after lunch to visit family. We're staying and eating with DS tonight and meeting up with other family members tomorrow for a meal, so I'm going to try to make healthy choices where I can and using a few flexible syns.

Well done to everyone reporting a loss this week. :T I had a sneaky peak this morning and there was 1lb gone, but as I've changed to Monday WIs now, I'm hoping it's still gone next time I step on them!

    Mildredd - great compliment!

Brilliant! :D I am obsessive about sorting things out when they've been messed up. I couldn't find any babycorn in Morrison's the other day but when I dug deeper I discovered they were buried under a layer of babycorn with mangetout, so I proceeded to sort them into the right trays. DH thinks I'm mad. :rotfl:

I've been looking at everyone's menus and really fancying some of the main meals, next week I'm going to set myself a challenge to break away from what we eat regularly and introduce some different things. Monday is shopping day so Monday morning will be spent checking recipes and writing a detailed shopping list.

Enjoy the rest of the good weather - apparently its all going to change by Monday.

    Have a great weekend.

    LL :)

Same here getting stuck in a rut, same old recipes, had a google and cam with this . really good menu plans on it so will have a go next week

Had weetabix with banana for breakfast then made a strir fry with fry lite - diced cooked chicken, king prawns, onion, peppers, courgette, veg stock cube, oyster sauce and pouch of rice beside it .

I thickened the sauce using some cornflour and it turned out really tasty.

I have lamb steaks and sea bass defrosting and will have one of them tonight with green veg.

Its the Cardiff half marathon tomorrow

I'm as prepared as i can be, even though i haven't trained as much as i should have! My goal is to beat my time last year which was slightly over 2 hours. Its 13 miles and i usually eat porridge for breakfast to give me enough energy, but has anyone got a better tip for a breakfast body fuel?
