Glad we have the family here for dinner on Tuesday nights – we couldn’t go to Dingwall to witness a drubbing – just after half time and we are losing 4-0 – make that 5-0 – oh no, 6-0 – or even 7-0! Thank goodness – game over!:eek::(:eek::(

beg quite right. It's best to ignore what other people say. Only you know when you feel comfortable with how you feel and then you know you have reached your target. I can't understand why people have the need to say when they think we should stop our weightloss as they should be happy we are doing/have done something about it!!
GT sorry about the footie results. I hope you had a lovely dinner with your family instead.
reposting Shala's note on adding weightlosses incase anyone can't find itSo i'm not going to be able to post the chart on Tuesday cos i'm not here.. I've set up a googledocs spreadsheet so you should all be able to update your own results and see the chart as it is, if you add your results in and then just shut the page down then it automatically saves.. no cheating though!!

Well done to our joint SOTW.
Have tried to rein in on the syns since getting back from holiday on Sunday afternoon and seem to have done OK - will only be 15 syns over the 3 days. Just hope I see a not too big gain tomorrow at group (a sneaky WI yesterday morning showed a small loss from Sunday and just back into target range - by about 0.5lb!) but we'll see tomorrow. Was feeling really picky last night so ate 1/2 a honeydew melon - so will need to cut up the other half today ready for any picky feelings!
Well today's menu will be the usual EE day:
B - porridge - made with water; melon
L - Spicy lentil, parsnip & apple soup; mini WM pitta (from freezer) 3.5
D - Jacket potato with HM turkey & veg curry (from freezer)
HEA - milk in tea throughout the day
HEB - porridge
Syns - as above
Will be glad when I go shopping properly tomorrow so I've got a bit more variety in my meals.
Planning on buying a load of root veg to make some soup and also to make up some freezer "stew packs" of ready chopped veg.

Morning all
I'm so in the zone this week (I know it's only Wednesday :rotfl:) that I'm convinced the weight is falling off me, so I had a SP this morning and there's no change. I never learn.blue_eyed_girl wrote: »Mind you DH says I don't look the weight/size I am - he promises me that this was meant as a compliment .
That definitely IS a compliment - think of it from another angle: if you asked someone who doesn't know to guess your size and weight they'd probably go for 9st and size 12 because that's how your DH thinks you look.
Regarding comments from other people, I had the same thing when I got to target, mainly from my Mum and MIL, the same people who made comments when my weight was going in the upward direction. You just can't win! As someone else said, you will know when you get to the weight you want to be so don't feel pressured to stop if you're not ready to.
Duchy - have you considered saving your pennies by not renewing your online subscription? Your choice of course, but there is so much information available free of charge from the people here and from other sources on the internet, and others have said they didn't think it was worth paying for.
Well done to all the losers this week, keep the faith, we'll get there in the end.
Have a good day.

Morning everyone! Well done losers and hugs for everyone that needs one.
How many of you go to a group? I don't get much out of mine, so wondering if I can attempt to go it along and spend the money on a gym membership instead. I'm wasting my money currently as I've lost 2.5lbs since January (pretty much my own fault for not getting focussed!). I'm not on track for my challenge on here but need to do something, my dress fitting is next month sometime and it's not a lace up back so whatever I am for the fitting is what I will be on the day of the wedding. Which is stressing me out!Became Mrs Scotland 16.01.16Became homeowners 26.02.16

I really need to get back in the zone 100%. Gonna try for a very low syn day today, especially as I can't make the gym for a swim. Plus i'm going for drinks and chinese tomorrow!
Plan for today is:
Breakfast: Grapes and apple
Lunch: Cheese omelette ( 1/2 HEA) and SW chips with beetroot and pickles
Tea: Wholemeal thin pizza at work (1/2 HEA + HEB and syn free toppings)
Snacks: Fruit, fruit and more fruit.... Hi-Fi bar if i need something at work tonight.
SYNS: Possible hi-fi bar (3) Possible slice of toast when I get in from work tonight (6)
Wish me luck!!!

BEG - Been there bought the t-shirt with the comments. Everyone thinks they have the right to comment on your weight. I think people get a shock from what you have gone from when you lose lots of weight and they are not used to seeing the slimmer you. If you had always been that weight and wanted to lose some weight no one would think anything of it.
When I was 1o stone 7 my mum used to say I looked about 9 stone. She says I don't look the weight I am. I remember going to the Drs years ago around 13 stone and she told me I was in the obsese category but that I didn't look it :rotfl:Its all relative to bone density and body frame and overall size. I'd look very ill at 9 stone and I'm only 5.5. I think I was on the verge of looking ill at 10.5 to be honest.
Well done Slimmers of the week. :T0
