Feels a cheat meal coming on. If I get a loss and make it to the weekend. Who knows maybe I've stopped losing weight coz I've fallen out with the Chinese lol

    Morning all :)

With regard to the chart, Shala suggested someone nominate themselves to do SOTW - I'm happy to do that, and at the moment I think the person is Candyapple with -3lbs.

I don't think its me as I had a gain the week before and if I'm right you need to have had a loss the week before to be SOTW? Too honest for my own good aren't I :p I'm thinking it must be Rolandtheroadie for SOTW who had a 2.5lb loss and a bigger loss the week before. Or is it shared between all with a 2.5lb loss and a loss the previous week?

I've been so good this week so I'm hoping for a decent loss tomorrow when I hop onto the scales. I've found it hard to get back onto the SW wagon properly since coming back from hols and going way over my syns each day but I've behaved myself since Friday. There's a packet of uneaten Nice biscuits in the cupboard that I'm ever so proud of myself for not ripping into :rotfl: this time last week I think I could have inhaled the entire packet :D

Really happy tonight as I had a 1lb loss yeh - not a lot but given how rubbish I have been feeling over the past two weeks I am delighted. Okay so now I am on for a stone loss between now and xmas.

Like mamam says it is totally doable.

Off to menu plan and update Shala's table.

Congrats to everyone who has lost and hugs to anyone who is struggling.

edit: having just looked at the grid I would say that Rolandtheroadie and orlao are joint SOTW - not sure if anyone else agrees???? Come back shala we need you :D:D:D

A STS for me this week which is more than I deserve after an epic rugby related blowout this weekend...Sweet and Sour prawn balls are not SW friendly are they? :o And we won't talk about bacon buttys either!

Anyway onwards and upwards from here. Well done to everyone else.:j. Just climbing back on wagon.

I couldn't contemplate a class, I was too worried about being preached at and the rigidity of having to be in certain place at a certain time - it just doesn't suit my personality so I joined up online for 3 months. I've found it really helpful mainly because I didn't have a scooby about how SW worked and I use the food diary/meal planner a lot. Often as a shopping list so I don't go round the supermarket picking up what I like the look of (that's how I got this fat in the first place ) and as record of good/bad/not so good days. It seems to keep me mindful of what I'm eating. I originally thought I wouldn't renew after the first subscription but I think I probably will just because it's working albeit slowly.

    Tomorrows menu

B:Porridge HEA and SS Milk HEB, strawberries, apple and tea
L: TBC depends on what's on offer
D: Chicken, J potato, broccoli, spinach, tomatoes, radishes, sugar snap peas, FF dressing, Cola zero (Can you tell that there's loads of bits in the fridge?)
Snacks: Alpen Jaffa bar (3) and DG cappuccino (2.5) with sweet freedom sweetener (1) banana . Other syns depend on lunch.

    Have a good week all.

Well done BEG :T Love it when you get a big one like that!! You can't have too much more to go ???

Oh lantanna I know it probably sounds daft but I don't really know. Last night I was 12st 6 and bmi is now 27 something. Clothes are mainly 18 but 16s are starting to appear. I would, at one point liked to have got down to a comfortable 14 but whether that will ever happen, who knows :rotfl: I am just waiting to see how things go for now :D. Totally peed off with people telling me I have lost enough now and shouldn't lose any more - these are people who are around 9st and wear size 12s  Mind you DH says I don't look the weight/size I am - he promises me that this was meant as a compliment . Hope you get the loss you are looking for this week. ;)

Well done everyone on the lovely losses you have been having so far this week :T.

Tried adding instant coffee to our spag bol tonight (Sainsbob's meal ideas with a twist). Well I don't know whether we didn't add sufficient rich roast (nearly 2 tsps rather than the one they say) or whether it is the fact that ours has plenty of flavour in the first place but we couldn't really taste it and wouldn't have known that it was in there. Really enjoyed it and we cooked extra so have another 4 portions in freezer :j.

Just about time for supper and I have HEs going spare :D.

    Evening everyone

Well I am totally at a loss for words after tonight's wi which showed a loss of 5lbs . I know I had an undeserved gain last week of 1.5lbs but this week I have strayed far from the SW path. Had better watch out that it doesn't come and bite me on the bum next Monday night ;).

Well done Mildredd and all the other losers. :T

I'm off now to have a play with our Shala's lovely chart - just so hope that I don't mess it up for her.

Catch up with you all tomorrow.

b_e_g, I hope you don't mind me asking but as you have done so well with your weight loss, I wondered if you could post example days of the meals you have? Just to give me and I'm sure some others inspiration :)
