Well. It’s an STS for me again; seems to happen on alternate weeks! At least it’s not a gain.

Sorry your class was unproductive, duchy. Never mind, we are not too badly behaved/ rude here.

meg, like you I was petrified entering my lack of loss on the lovely chart! My fingers are still crossed.

Did De Gea not have a tough time when he came at first, tweets? It was a bit of a mess at the transfer window. Glorious sunshine here btw.

To all of you in education, I am so glad I’m no longer involved. You are all worth your weight in gold.

    Glad you’re feeling brighter, lantanna.

    Great loss, Pennies.

Denise, after your lovely long holiday, you’ll be raring to go with SW again!

Yes he did think it was 2011 or 2012 when he let in 6  goals against Manchester City :( hate my boys losing against City and Liverpool plus he let in easy goals against other teams I could have throttled him but now :j:j:j :D

On another note I was ok in work the pain didn't come back :T:T:T

I am so glad I am better and will never call footballers again when they writhe about with a groin strain now I know how much it hurts.

At least you have the books duchy so you can refer to them to help you and just ask as many questions on here as you like you'll soon get the hang of things. Posting your menus is a good idea too and you're right to weigh at much the same time each week and it helps to wear similar clothes and a similar gap from your latest meal. There may be a discrepancy between the SW scales and your home ones but after today that'll be sorted.

    .

Well I'm hoping if there is a discrepancy it's in my favour !
My weight on the new scales the day they arrived was the same as my SW weigh in and since then I've dropped 2 lbs so that's my official total for this week YAY

Posting what I eat is useful (bit like going to confession -knowing you have to disclose is an incentive to resist LOL even more useful is seeing what others are eating.

Thanks for the support it really is helping.

I'm already lean and i like to think of myself as fit but i've been doing training for the Cardiff half marathon and after running 6.2 miles yesterday my legs are like jelly :(

My usual exercise comes from dancing whick keeps you lean but doesn't give you stamina levels to do a marathon. Most of the people here i expect are doing a daily run so how do you keep the jelly legs away?

Lean and leg strength are two different things. Dancing isn't enough.
A proper running training schedule and circuit training will both help.

Even in my 8 stone days I struggled with running and needed to work on both .

I'm guessing you didn't build up to six miles but just went at it with no training and used muscles you don't usually use. Warm up/Cool down is important too.

Looks like Shala forgot to add me to the sheet so can't add my loss but it's all good . My halloween target was 8lbs so 6lbs to go.

Homemade casserole for lunch 3 syns for the little bit of flour to coat the meat I think - and I'm resisting the butter on the pots !

:T on your loss and good you know that your scales are accurate. You're right about posting menus. It's not just the fessing up, it helps clarify thoughts and acts as a bit of a food diary too.

I'm sure you won't have forgotten your loss when shala gets back to sort the chart out.;)

Glad you are feeling better tweets but I'm sure if you earned £200 000 per week like David De Gea you'd have dragged yourself into work pain or no pain!;)

  • Today has been on track, although it was a cheeky green day which always helps me stay on track... love the extra B's!

Trying to plan ahead this week, not expecting a loss in the slightest on wednesday. It's my first hen night on Saturday and my cousin is staying friday night, we haven't seen each other in ages so we were going to have a takeaway... I'm going to cook I think and then the alcohol won't matter so much! Saturday night is another matter...

Hello all, hope you have a great week x
