    Only just getting around to posting my loss from Thursday - was -1lb so still heading in the right direction. I'm very near target now so it's slow going but every little helps!
    SW Week 1-5: -12lb Week 6-10: -4.5lb Week 11-15: +0.5lb Week 16: -1lb Week 17: -1lb Week 18: STS Total Loss -1 Stone 4lb!

    With regard to the chart, Shala suggested someone nominate themselves to do SOTW - I'm happy to do that, and at the moment I think the person is Candyapple with -3lbs. If anyone thinks otherwise please speak now or forever hold your peace. :D Also let me know if you haven't been able to access Shala's chart and I'll do it for you.

    B_e_g - well done for your 5lbs off, that's a brilliant result. :T

    I didn't think food diaries were frowned on either, I thought SW encouraged it...? I always kept one when I was attending group and I've just started doing it again yesterday and while I still had some treats I actually worked out how many syns I was having instead of guessing. Then last night when DH suggested a cracker and some cheese I didn't think, oh, it'll be alright, I haven't had many syns today, I knew I didn't have enough left!

    Have a good day everyone. We had rain all through the night and it's moved up country now, so hopefully the rest of the day will be fine.

    Evening everyone

    Well I am totally at a loss for words after tonight's wi which showed a loss of 5lbs :eek:. I know I had an undeserved gain last week of 1.5lbs but this week I have strayed far from the SW path. Had better watch out that it doesn't come and bite me on the bum next Monday night ;).

    Well done Mildredd and all the other losers. :T

    I'm off now to have a play with our Shala's lovely chart - just so hope that I don't mess it up for her.

    definitely looking at a holiday gain tomorrow. Tried yesterday...trying harder today!


    Today:
    breakfast: porridge (heb plus 175ml from hea allowance of ss) plus 5 syns in energy booster dried fruit/seed mix
    snack: Satsuma
    lunch: pasta salad (tuna, pasta, beetroot, hard boiled egg, fresh salad tomato, roasted med veg [cherry toms, courgette, red onion, white onion, red pepper, yellow pepper]) plus an apple
    tea: 1 muscle food chicken sausage (2 syns), Yorkshire pudding (3syns), 2syns in gravy and mash (free) plus a heap of veggies (free)


    there is chance of cake happening at the meeting I'm about to go to but i'll syn bank this week. Next week bf is going away for a few days so I'm really going to hammer it whenever he's away as I'd like to lose at least a stone by Christmas now!

    You're right it is slow when you haven't much to lose but 1lb is good. Well done!:T

    I think you're very good to be able to manage the chart lois. Full of admiration:A. I think Shala waits until most Tuesday WIs are in before calling SOTW so maybe later tonight or tomorrow morning. Just realised that maybe you're talking about last week. Now you can see why I don't meddle with it.:o


    I'm out for a pub meal later but probably stick to steak and salad. Just checked online and still on summer menu so no JPs available so I'll have to force chips down.:rotfl:I'll stay good all day and all day tomorrow because have more meals out planned Thursday and Friday and more synful menus.


    Today's EE menu:
    B: NAS Grapefruit, HEB porage, HEA milk
    L: JP, cottage cheese, beetroot, spring onions
    D: steak & chips, salad
    Syns: chips, squirt of syrup and a few wine syns


    Weather's picked up here too after torrential rain all night.


    I think measuring's a great idea for getting yourself on track. Most of the time I'm OK with HEBs as it's bread but do have a couple of days of cereal. I'm not good with milk. I used to measure but now I go by eye. The only times I'm certain I'm below is when I have wine syns instead:eek:.:rotfl:

    So I'm back to doing that :)

    Meh heads not on it today :/ not feeling 100% feel a bit lightheaded and spaced out :/

    In my old group my consultant was obsessed with food dairies.


    Its ok I've got skin to rival a teenage boys today and am like the hungry caterpillar and I bunch with a total munch of morons but its ok :rotfl:
