  • Evening everyone

Well I am totally at a loss for words after tonight's wi which showed a loss of 5lbs . I know I had an undeserved gain last week of 1.5lbs but this week I have strayed far from the SW path. Had better watch out that it doesn't come and bite me on the bum next Monday night ;).

Well done Mildredd and all the other losers. :T

I'm off now to have a play with our Shala's lovely chart - just so hope that I don't mess it up for her.

Catch up with you all tomorrow.

There's a food diary on the SW website (although they don't call it that) so it seems food diaries aren't frowned on.

I'll not risk breaking the spreadsheet -and will wait til you get back :)

Need to behave this week though been over syns last week - im back to writing a food diary it helps me - it's frowned upon but it helps me so that's all that matters to me

    Where's Mrs Ryan gone??
:T that's a good loss mildredd. Well done!! No problem with doing a food diary. Our consultant hands them out to anyone that wants one. Personally I prefer to write it on a piece of paper.
MrsR does call in from time to time but I expect she's watching wall to wall rugby at the moment.

Good evening, this will be my Tusday menu plan

Breakfast. All bran flakes A/B strawberries, blueberries plum.

Lunch. Beans on toast B with a frylight egg. Beetroot. Banana.

Dinner. Homemade mushroom soup S/W chips minneola

Supper & Snacks. 2 Ryvita 3 syns, ski strawberry mouse 5 syns

    A milk A milk B cereal
    8 syns
    Water Hot lemon water.

I think you missed a HEB wiz, and hope there's plenty of meat on that mouse!:D

psycho, our consultant was saying that Pimms with diet lemonade is one of the lowest syn alcoholic drinks. It's just 2 syns for 25mls compared with 3 for gin or vodka. Pimms might be nice for Friday evening and you could easily cook something syn free like a big Bolognese. What matters is you enjoy yourself:).

The weather is absolutely appalling this morning - it's lashing it down - glad DH took me shopping last night so I don't have to go out today (he's been going to work on his scooter so I suggested shopping last night so he could have the car today!). Didn't get everything I need but enough for a couple of days until I go into town for group on Thursday. I'll pick up the rest of the stuff we need for the next week or so then.

Having a Green day today as bought back a couple of cauliflowers from France so will be using one of those.

    B - Shreddies & milk - HEB/HEA; clemintine
L - HM curried parsnip & apple soup (from freezer) - so little apple in it I don't bother to syn it:D
D - cauliflower cheese using a cheese sauce mix - 3 syns (1/3 of pack)

There's been some great losses this week. Well done everyone, especially BEG with that huge 5lb off! Just stick to plan for the week and the naughties won't come back and bite you on the bum!

Just enjoy it Shala, your only there for a week. How much damage can you do. Best to sample all that is on offer to be able to offer an informed opinion.;)

Mildredd your back two minutes and your starting a debate about food diaries already :rotfl:

Feeling a bit like a sloth today. Hopefully the coffee kicks in soon. Really need to step away from anything beige or snacky.
