Good afternoon everyone. Please post another 2lb loss for me. Didn't think that I would lose anything as had a day off plan in the middle of the week.

    Well done S4mmy!

Can anyone tell me, are picked onions a speedfood? Or is that just wishful thinking?? :rotfl:

:T on the 2lbs loss and pickled onions are definitely Speed. Like the other pickles (beetroot, cornichons, pickled cabbage) I find them really easy and tasty when I have bubble & squeak made with LOs for lunch.

Sorry, didn't mean to scare you tete. I find satsumas are an easy fruit to eat, so easy to peel and useful for keeping in your bag in case you feel peckish out and about.

Shame about the result greentiger (for both of us):(. We didn't so much as lose but gifted them a win:mad:.

Decision is made I am NOT going back to class -The business about Mondays put me right off plus the leader's starter talk was frankly rude as she kept breaking off to shout at people or look to see what they were doing. I realize it was a new room in the building but frankly -not my problem -she should have arrived to set up earlier -she also could have apologized that she kept breaking off. I'd be paying a fiver to be weighed and nothing else which is stupid. If there was another class with a different leader who wasn't quite so deeply entrenched in their rut I'd probably go there instead - but after 20 years she's not going to change <sigh>

That said I *do* need to be kept on the straight and narrow so I'll be sticking around here :)

Today was an OK day late breakfast of porridge (made with water) with yogurt , Milk allowance went in coffee, stir fry for dinner however syns were around 15 as I had coffee with half a sugar instead of sweetener and a tiny glug of Baileys in it ...or rather them as I had two -but still well within syns for the week so I'm not going to fuss about it. I've had no chocolate and no crisps all week so overall I'm pleased with my first week. I'll report my weigh tonight as I'll weight at the same time as the class would have been.

It was my extensions, they were having a holiday, now they're back to work on my head!:D

I've left OH to his own packing - I can't take the stress of it :eek:he said he'll pack Saturday morning before we go

:rotfl::rotfl: We're off to Canada for a week.. should be fun (once we get there)..

Quite happy if you need to do more spring cleaning at mine Mildredd! i'm sure that classes as good karma;)

So i'm not going to be able to post the chart on Tuesday cos i'm not here.. I've set up a googledocs spreadsheet so you should all be able to update your own results and see the chart as it is, if you add your results in and then just shut the page down then it automatically saves.. no cheating though!! :naughty:

    https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1ncwqAJuT6YTnCuLToELL4qpyPYQiznKUK-Y1YyVElS8/edit#gid=0

And if some kind soul will nominate themselves to work out SOTW then i'd much appreciate it...

Off to have a bit of a nap, got a banging headache that I can't get rid of... packing will have to wait..

    xx

Think I managed to enter a STS , gosh was really nervous wondering if I would somehow mess the chart up , but it seems ok.

    Hi all

sorry have just caught up as I have not been around. The cold that I thought was clearing up is still hanging around and to add to it it was my star week this week. So all in all pretty disasterous diet wise!!!!

So Monday brand new week (although WI is tomorrow night) but psychologically a new week lol.

Breakfast: Toast (HeB) jam (1 syn) DG cafe au lait (2 syns)
lunch: Ryvita (6 syns), lolo cheese (HeA), salmon, tomatoes and cucumber
dinner: cajun chicken, saute potatoes, carrots, turnip, mangetout (leftover veg and potatoes from sunday dinner)
    supper: frozen berries and yoghurt

    syns for today 9

Not the best meal plan for today with two HeB in there but I forgot to take berries out for breakfast and I want to use up the salmon as it has a use by date of Wednesday. I need to get just a bit better organised!!

Augh. Generally, in my experience, it's the parents. I'd phone them to tell them their daughter was ejected from my class for calling me a "Stupid f-ing ugly c**t" and their response would be, "You just need to speak to her respectfully and let her have a few minutes to calm herself down" - not bothered in the slightest. Society these days is all about its rights and not enough about its responsibilities. [/soapbox]

duchy you can easily lose the weight yourself without going to class. I joined online and wasted my money once I got the healthy eating plan and knew what to do. I have got more help from the wonderful people on this thread and lost 4 stone.
