I had some nice courgette chips once, think they're coated in polenta and spices. Other than that i usually just chuck some in if i'm roasted veg like onions, peppers and squash etc..

Broke my laptop charger 5 days ago and my new one just came today! Sooo much to catch up on!! Anyway, before I try and catch up, I got weighed last night and its -1lb for me please Shala :j
Happy with this. Little and often is my moto. I've never lost big amounts.
Been to Taybarns for lunch today, but didn't eat loads. Back on plan now :cool:

I did/do.
The potato cakes are just mashed sweet potato, garlic and grated courgette formed into patties and fried in fry light or baked in the oven.0 -
-3lbs for me shala. Sods law isn't it a good loss when you don't want it. Got to be careful not to get a loss next week as too close to under target.Slimming World at target0
