hello all... i'm still here plodding along, just don't have a lot of time to pop on here as much as i would like!
So last week I put on the 3lb that I had lost previously. But I've managed to stay on plan every day since Monday last week - except saturday evening. And today I've yet to consume any syns! (I can't believe this, I am convinced I've eaten some somewhere!) weigh in tomorrow so fingers crossed I've made a difference this week else I'll be pretty peed off!
OH is away again tonight so I'm away to bed shortly with some chocolate naughties, a cuppa and one of 3 books I'm currently reading. Bliss!Became Mrs Scotland 16.01.16Became homeowners 26.02.16

Just got back in from weigh in lost 2 1/2 pounds (SHALA) this week and shared slimmer of the week for the third week on the trot. Feeling slightly guilty about this for the rest of the people in my group Then I just read SHALA post and got slimmer of the week which I am happy about I am 9 pounds off my club 10 so that's my next mini target.
Another great loss for you dillon too and well done on sharing class SOTW too. :T

Aww! That’s a shame, b_e_g. And you stayed within syns today, even with that Boost - impressive! BTW chocolate is perfectly fine after the bb date, don’t you know! Love all the treats you’ve got coming up; enjoy the food and the company.
Well done, claysam, meg, orlao, Roland, dillon and Pennies.
Congratulations, dillon, on being SOTW.
maman, your stuffed globe courgette was what I planned to do yesterday, but with couscous and feta instead of mince. Pity it took too long to think of what to do with it and the courgette had died in the fridge!
In another culinary adventure today, I had a go at making chips in the actifry that my friend passed on to me, for my grandchildren. They didn’t like them. I only had olive oil, so maybe it was that. I tried one and it seemed fine to me. I will have to have another go with adults – as testers not as chips, lol. It is still huge!
tweets, I hope you're still enjoying the match.

Hi have you tried Un, deux, trois, quatre soup????
un - one litre of water
deux - two stock cubes or stock pots of your choice
trois - three courgettes
chuck in a pan and boil until courgettes are soft then puree/blend (I would probably freeze at this stage)
quatre - add in 4 cheese triangles and serve (If I froze the soup then I would reheat then add the cheese)
Tastes delish and I don't even like courgettes lol.0 -
Please shala - can I say 8.5 in 6 weeks please? To get me to target
Although I gained shamefully this week - who knew emotions would weigh so much
Scan bran - I can take or leave - however my gallbladder less body hates them and I end up in agony with them
Didn't like the cakes or anything with them though just straight up with beetroot on where edible same with fruit n yoghurt on x
