Right then ! If I post here then I can't back out !!

I work from home so the ability to not have to go out plus a bit of depression -and a newish OH who loves to show how much he loves me by cooking for me means I've gone from a 12 to small 14 to a full blown 16 in three years. Having to buy size 16 shorts for last month's holiday was the last straw so now I'm back from Vegas and all those tempting buffets it is time to sort myself out !

So..... There's a SW class 10 minutes walk away on Mondays (my day off so no excuses) -at 5.30 which means I don't have the excuse that it is too cold and late once winter sets in....... and if I post here-I can't back out- Right?

I'm not really a big group type person but I think I need the motivation of a weekly weigh in (but if it isn't a friendly group I could do it on-line and keep posting on here-so either way is win win.

Not sure what is a feasible target -I think I have at least 3 stone to lose <eek> so will post a Halloween target after tomorrow's meeting.

What will you be doing with the scan bran shala??? It is a bit of an acquired taste don't you think :rotfl:

I think the only thing we have successfully used them for (although the Dark Rye Ryvita works just as well) is the crumbs on the Scotch Eggs (nom nom). They probably have a higher fibre content than ryvita which would help with persistent loo issues and the fact they get you to drink plenty probably isn't a bad thing. :rotfl:

My b*m is firmly planted on sofa today and I just cannot be bothered to do a thing. Housework is reasonably up to date, washing and ironing is up to date and the lawns are too wet to cut - so I shouldn't feel too guilty I suppose. Had Pasta N Sauce with extra speed and some fruit for lunch and main meal tonight after SW class is going to be the Austrian Hash.

Any room for a little one dillon - still got 6 months left on my passport (checked it this morning ;)). DH and I had a holiday to Rome and Capri many years ago (probably getting on for 35 ). We had a week in Rome (last week in July and very very hot) and then the following week was spent on Capri (more relaxing) with the final night in Sorrento. It was probably one of the best hols we have had and DH has always said he would love to go back to Rome. Well, we will have been married 40 years in 2018 so who knows ;).

Getting 7lbs off in 4 weeks is doable but don't beat yourself up if you fall short of making it. Get on that ship, enjoy it and we will save you a seat for you when you get back. Hope you both have a lovely time.
