Well that’s a disappointment
– I’m posting a STS this week. Actually my scales gave me every weight from a 1lb loss to a 4lb gain. No amount of hopping on and off was of any help. I’ve gone for STS because I think I did enough last week to deserve a loss, but I’m not wanting to ruin next week’s results, IYSWIM. Oh and I enter my weight on an app on my phone and, going on progress (or lack of it), it predicts I will reach my target on Feb 22 2137! Hmm that’ll be because my remains will have turned to dust!
Well done, meg.
Love all the BNS ideas – I usually just make soup.
Syns bank: 105
Monday’s syns: Kit Kat (5 ½ ), Walkers French Fries for supper (4 ½ )
Supper will be hexa 3 mini babybel light and grapes, so no more syns.
Syns balance: 95
Tuesday
Breakfast: hexb toast, hexa Philly light, berries
Lunch: hm Scotch broth
Dinner: marinated steak, baked potato, sugar snap peas
Snacks (choose from): choc digestive (4 syns), 2 Garibaldi biscs (4 syns), 25g wine gums (4 syns)

Hi Shala,1lb off for me this week. have been really good , but think I may not have eaten enough. not intentionally, lots of long shifts some going into next day. Its knocked my appetite out of sorts. I WI next Monday and that will be my last before I go away so hoping for a really good loss this week. I haven't caught up on here yet so will try to get to that later. Hope everyone is well and hanging in there.x0

Hello all, after my 3lb loss last week, I haven't weighed in this week as I was visiting the in-laws. It didn't go well food wise so I think I put the 3lb back on! Was on plan yesterday until I ate a bag of caramel bites and half a tub of pringles... I've realised I need to have a plan of food in my head so I know what I'm doing, when I haven't planned I end up binging on rubbish.
Today was a green day and I've stayed on plan, and went swimming. So hopefully back on track...Became Mrs Scotland 16.01.16Became homeowners 26.02.16

Well done to all the losers and sts, and for a litle gains commiserations! But don't let it get you down. Draw a line, and start again!
Been for my 1st weigh in and I'm very happy to report a 3lb loss!!!
Over the moon! Feeling motivated especially after going off track with my binging. Hopefully get to the gym 3 times this week for a swim to help things along.
Have a good week everyone!

lantanna thanks. Yes it was a great weekend and sometimes you just have to let your hair down lol. Unfortunately the lorne we buy is a frozen one from costco and DH and the boys love it so no chance of not having it in the house but in saying that it's the first time I have had it since June.
meg congrats on the coat. I have three beautiful coats that I bought a few years ago and have never worn but were a bargin in the sales. Always said that i would slim down into them and this year I am determined to do it - albeit with weekend hiccups on the way lol
Maman I have bought a swede to do in the micro as I love it and like you just never seem to get it quite as soft as I would like when I do it in the pan but I must admit I am a bit nervous.
Lois your BBQ at the beach sounds lovely. Finally we are getting some decent weather to do things like that.
Dillon well done on your loss and getting your new shiney as well as SOTW.
congrats to everyone else who has lost this week.
Back on the wagon for me today
Breakfast: french toast, mushrooms and tomatoes
lunch: cheese with pickles (onions, cournichons, beetroot)
dinner: cold meat salad, strawberries
doesn't seem like much written down but it was a big salad and loads of tomatoes and mushrooms at breakfast time. Also its hot her in Scotland at the moment (positively tropical compared to the summer we have had lol) and I don't feel like eating when it is too warm. There was me just about to start making soups again!!0
