Morning all... seeing some great losses again :T think we've already lost a stone for the new challenge :j
OH and i have decided to stop going to class so i have moved to a morning weigh in.. i have a 0.5lb loss this morning although i know it's not a true loss just a timing one (i think if i'd have gone to tonights class it would be a 2-3lb gain )
We were just wasting money paying to get weighed, we never stopped to class and didn't go if we knew we'd put on :wall: makes no sense to continue. I just need to be strong enough not to let the accountability go out the window!
Glad you got your card back Saver-upper! I love brantanos!
You're doing a lot of body magic this week BEG! :T hope it looks beautiful when you've finished..

Do whatever is right for you Shala. See how you get on with weighing at home.
Dime Bar Mikado are my fav Maman, haven't had them in ages. Must pick some up the next time they are on offer.
Think I'll be making the Campfire Stew this week and making some soup again. Pennies are tight this week.
Still got the PMT Bloat going on hopefully normal functioning returns next week.
Planning a healthy and cheap weekend!0 -
Could someone please check syns online for me Yeo Valley 0 % fat free yogurt with honey / vanilla?
Or does anyone know?
Thanks
Got my Mag. Will have a flick through at lunch
Shala, you are silly! Be nice and give one away. Sometimes I have to flick through them to check I've not already bought them!
Talking of Mags a gave a friend all of mine about 2 months ago so she could get some recipes....................no sign of them. May have to bring that subject up lol Would like to sort them out and make a recipe folder0 -
Thanks everyone re. advice on using syns. I have been using some just not on things that I know lead me down a slippery path, crisps, nice bread etc. No I didn't have small portion to save on syns. I had looked forward to it so we ordered what we regularly do I just couldn't eat it. I know I am under my syns allowance over the week so not worried, just like to keep track. Anyway have another big stew on the go. Even chucked in some chick peas to try. Do they count as veg?? Go on, indulge me lol.Loads of carrots onions toms, whole bag of casserole veg, just realised I haven't put any frozen peppers in but pot is too full ;(0

Lantana bio live 0% vanilla = 6 Syns for a 450g pot.
No mention of honey one I'm afraid.
* please note, my directory is 2014 edition so may not be completely up to date.
Syns allowed (Facebook group) says 6 for large vanilla and 5.5 for a large honey - both for 450g pots.
Hope that helps x0 -
