saver-upper could you sell them on ebay? i don't know how you cope with all the rules and regulations for schools these days:eek: I'm sure it helps but i'm not sure how... surely as long as the children look smart and aren't wearing brands then they will not be distracted from their school work! *confused*

Does anyone follow SW on Facebook? there was a story on there this morning about a lady who's 92 and lost 7 stone :T she's on GMB at some point or has been on. Here's the http://www.mirror.co.uk/news/real-life-stories/super-gran-aged-92-sheds-6339833

I'm on plan today! (just stating it so i have to stay on it) going to treat myself to a Morrisons salad bar and get the new magazine this afternoon! living the high life :D

:grouphug: for those who've gained. I hope you have a bette week.

Shall for what it's worth I think you've made the right decision. I have to say now I'm weighing at home and doing SW I have a much healthier attitude towards weigh ins. I used to get so worried about going and would stop eating and drinking from lunchtime onwards before my evening class:eek:

Now I weigh first thing in the morning with no clothes on so there's no excuse that I've got heavier clothes on etc. and then I can just get on with the rest of the day. I also used to have the night 'off' after weigh in and often had a takeaway or chocolate and the attitude used to last several days sometimes!

That's exactly what I used to be like, it used to take over my whole day and I'd always be running out of class to get food. Dehydration Thursday is what I used to call it.

    So here I am with

6 lbs on this week please Shala

It is what it is. That's what the scales say.

Hopeful its mostly pmt bloat. I'm having a horrific PMT this week. Got my gynae apt in 2 weeks so will be talking about my weight as well with him.

Anyway onwards and upwards, will just keep going and not be defeated. Hopefully that clears off next week.

Its Fizzy Friday! Can't believe I've actually got the Fizzys down to one a week! I don't even think of them now coz I know I can have one on a Friday. I'm a mindless drinker and eater. Pepsi Max I've gone for today.

Have Cauliflower rice to make something with tonight. Might join you in a curry Tweets

    Morning :)

Reporting in this week with a gain of 2lb

Not happy with that, and not really sure why. What a terrible start to the new challenge. This week I will be taking a much closer look at everything I'm eating and drinking, and may do a few EESP or Red days to cut down on the carbs.

Well done everyone who has lost weight this week, and commiserations to fellow gainers.

    Have a good day.

Well done Sandhy. I'd suggest you go off an enjoy your anniversary meal and party and have a plan to be angelic in between. I suppose it depends on how much of a scenic route you're prepared to take.

OMG lantanna! that just can't be a genuine fat gain as you've been eating so well. Hopefully you'll get as good a loss when the dreaded bloat has gone. Plod on!!

And a hug for you with your couple of pounds too lois. Maybe now that business is getting quieter you'll have more time to focus on yourself.:)

I heard that old lady on the radio shala, she sounded quite a character. It didn't matter how much the presenter tried to say 'slimming group' she kept on quoting Slimming World.

I'll come back later and post my menu as I've yet to do my meal plan and not sure whether it's freezer food or I'll get a shop in.

Yep Maman I'm not being too hard on myself. For eg my bra has been loose the past week right now it is tight and cutting into me. If I don't have it off in 2 weeks then I'll start to worry. Just got to wait and see what happens.

Brilliant, I love that she's getting the word out :)

Sorry to hear of the gains.. but you're all brilliant and have lost it in no time at all!

Menu to post for today as I got called away from posting again this morning... I wish they'd realise I don't go into work to work :rotfl:

    EE
    B - banana
L - big salad from morrisons - i'm sure it had syns due to the creamy coleslaw etc but i'm not worrying about it as I've had no syns today and it's better than what I have been eating recently!
T - HM cottage pie, cheese(0.5 hea) carrots, peas, leftover gravy from the HB steak thing
    S - milk (0.5hea) melon

very cold today so we're having something warming for tea, mince used is the 5% stuff from the butcher so it should be lovely :D

Just catching up on Eat Well for Less.. I can't believe that lady is so lazy she can't cut cheese  :rotfl: they seem a nice family though, hope the programme helps them feed the children more healthily..
