Syns: HP sauce, scrape of spread0 -
Queuing for losses!
Had my BNS Soup for lunch, was lovely if a little too spicy. Will just add the one chilli next time. Forgot to add the Chorizo in all my madness last night.
Think dinner will be Chicken and a simple salad.0 -

Found you all again :j
Thank for new thread.
Erm really silly question here. Have got a glut of bacon. Was hungry yesterday lunch time and had 6 rashers:o:o with all the fat cut off and dry fried. Had a huge salad with it
Later on felt hungry so did it again:o:o
Had a hex B and a heb A and plenty of water and green tea and other herbal teas and black coffee throughout the day. Had a 5 syn yogurt and some muller light yogurts and loads of fruit, mainly apples and pears
This morning, jumped on the scales and shows a 2lb gain. Have I overdone the eating of bacon or could it be fluid retention as I guess the bacon has a lot of salt.0 -
Gocat
Could be absolutely anything! The scales are the devil. That's why it is recommended that you only weigh yourself at the same time wearing the same clothes. It could be fluid, food, water retention absolutely anything. You will be different at all different times.
Eat a meal and you'll be diff, get up in the middle of the night and you'll be diff.
I weigh every day coz I'm a freak like that. I weigh every Friday morning before work in my underwear and go with that weight alone.
I used to weigh on a Thursday night and had to adjust minus 2 lbs for the first week of Friday morning weighing.
My advice stay off them if you can, but if not pick a day and a time when you will consistently weigh and go with the number then.0 -
Can I join in here please? I want to start SW, but thinking of doing it without joining a group - is that do-able?
What are the targets for - the month or until another date? I could really do with some support and would love to get it on here (I seem to be on here all the time)DFW (08/08) £64,346.53 Gone (02/19)
MFW (08/08) £118k Gone (09/23)0 -

debtfreeoneday :hello:
Not joining a group is very do able I joined online to get the healthy eating info but apart from that found it a waste of money and have been doing it at home by myself see my signature
Some members on here suggest going to class for one week and getting the SW books so you know what to do then not going again.
Unsure finishing date for targets they normally are for 8 weeks. If you want to join in shala will add you onto the list.0
