Ninth Anniversary Combo Breaker I've been Money Tipped!
Thanks Denise, that's a good idea, I have toyed with the idea of getting one but I'm staying with my dad at the mo, I literally have A SHELF in the fridge and it's so cramped! When I get my own place again I'll look into getting one mebies... A massive salad is ideal but not what I fancy this time of year...! Still, I might do that one week, make a mahoosive salad with everything in it and portion it up for work. :D

Gonna have a few hours kip before work then make steak and potato salad for dinner/breakfast! :T

I did manage to get the BBQ Pulled Beef in Lidl b-e-g and we had some last night. Agree there's barely enough in a pack for 2 people. I ignored the 0.75 syns per person.
Promise I didn't make up the chip museum. It really does exist.
    http://www.frietmuseum.be/en/museum.htm

The idea of the chip museum creases me up maman :rotfl::rotfl:. Will bookmark it and suggest to the rest of the group that we pay it a visit. It probably wont amuse them though as much as me. How many syns do you think I can cram in between docking around 9am and getting back onboard around 5pm:p :rotfl: Will have to go synfree when we return on Wednesday (night) and getting weighed on Monday night

Enjoy yourself meg :D You little devil you - cancelling your appointment :rotfl:

Hope you get your hair sorted shala

Your hair looks lovely CP - can we have an update pic please when you have more colours added. Mine is quite boring atm - brunette with bits of leftover blondie highlights and little silver streaks here and there :rotfl: Just had it cut on Saturday and that will have to do until the Saturday before Christmas when I am getting it cut and highlighted.

Lovely to see you back Daisy :D

Been out all day and not long back then remembered it's a bloomin taster night at class tonight. Will pop back later with my weigh in result. When I checked this morning (naughty I know :p) things werent too promising but hey ho not pointing in stressing over it.

It sounds daft but I feel like I'm eating MORE following SW... I'm terrified I'll get weighed wed night and I'll have put on! :o I'm also a bit worried about the amount of mullerlights I'm consuming... 2 a day! I don't know, I'm feeling a bit anxious today, maybe I'm projecting it onto SW...

Today I think I'll make a big omelette and portion it into boxes with some peas for the next couple of days... I'm thinking onion, mushroom and the last of the greens. Mullerlights x2, banana. I had 3 ryvita with 2x35g light Philly when I got in from work this morning with wafer thin ham so that's my HeA/B for today. I'm a bit stuck for FREE meals ideas that require minimum to no cooking!

You can eat loads and lose with SW, it's just about eating the right things. So do try not to worry and keep up the Speed food (rather than peas and banana).

Denise is right about making your own HM ready meals. We just had Bolognese and all I had to do was reheat while I was cooking some pasta. All it needs is a little bit of effort when you're not working to do the batch cooking.

Soups are another easy lunch meal for this time of the year. I make it in the SC and portion it up then just needs a quick defrost.

Are these the sort of meals you meant or did you mean more snacks?

lantanna glad to hear you're back on your feet after the op. I did think about going back to group but I just can't commit to the time plus it was pretty cliquey and I'm not that type of person so it just becomes a chore to me. I also have a pretty expressive face and I got caught pulling faces a couple of times at some the rubbish that came out of folks mouths which didn't help!!!!! :rotfl:

I have been studying all day, have barely moved so I've only eaten a roll (HEXB) with light salad cream (1syn) and quorn chicken slices (free). Bean chilli (which i think is free but will have to double check everything) and rice and veg for tea but that leaves me some room for snacking later on! Might have some cheese with my tea to use up the HEXA.

Anyone know off the top of their heads which yogurts are suitable for veggies and free?

    Loved the expressive face;).:rotfl:

    Copied this from minimins:

Weight watchers yogurts are free, so are shape satisfaction ones, and morrisons virtually fat free ones (look similar to muller). All those are vegetarian.

Didn't look how old the post was but it's a start and you could check the packaging to be certain.

If you're eating veggie then you might just as well do the Green plan which means 2 HEAs and 2 HEBs. You're chill should be free provided you haven't made it with oil or anything like that.

We just had our main meal as DH is out early this evening and so am I. I've got half a HEB left so maybe an Alpen Light later might be enough for today. If I'm hungry I'll find something SW friendly.

    Today's EE menu:
B: NAS Grapefruit, scrambled eggs, HEB (small) toast
L/D: Spaghetti Bolognese, HEA Parmesan and milk for drinks
    Snacks: Alpen Light
    Syns: squirt of HP sauce

I find pasta or rice salads a bit more substantial and they'll keep in the fridge for a few days. Or make a frittata and add sliced potatoes (tinned ones are really easy) to it alongside all the veggies, that's quite filling.

Hi BeanieLou and B_E_G, great to see all the old "faces" on here!

Counting Pennies is used to swear by prunes the night before a weigh in, it definitely helps things along!! :rotfl::rotfl:

Thanks Maman! Just makes it so much easier, and yep, most of my syns go on wine!

    Hair looks lovely CP :)

I feel exactly the same re: eating more on slimming world! It feels rather strange, but I'm trying to trust in it and follow the plan and see what happens. Doing my first weigh in tonight so fingers crossed for a loss! Ended up in a situation today where I had to eat lunch provided by someone else (long story!) so really not sure on syn count. Have estimated it at about 10 syns based on what I know was in there, but staying syn free the rest of the day just to be safe!

In terms of easy syn free meals, one of mine is jacket potato with beans and side salad. Will be having this tonight in fact! Had planned on going shopping this evening, but after a very long day at work and a rather large headache, I don't have the energy to plan out meals, so going to leave that til tomorrow I think.
