Hello all, hope you're all well! Back again, rejoined SW online this morning. Had a very successful summer and dropped two stone, hurt my back and piled a stone back on and topped it off with an all inclusive break in Egypt where I somehow added another 7lbs!

Just doing online, don't have time for the classes at the moment so back here for some support with it all. Good to see some familiar names still here. Will go back and catchup a bit but whoever has had their hair done, its lovely!

Just up and sipping coffee and thinking about todays menu. Need some serious inspiration!! Is there a challenge going on just now? Am I too late to join? xxx

    Hello!

I saw a great thing on instagram, a girl saying "I didn't lose 63lbs, I lost 1lb, 63 times" which helped me get some of my motivation back. Seems a bit more manageable that way!

Are you back at classes lantanna or going it alone? The last time I was about you had joined a new group but I don't think you were liking it?

Hello daisy. You're timing is perfect as we just finished a challenge at Hallowe'en and this week a new Christmas one starts. Just post how many pounds you hope to lose by Christmas and the lovely shala will add you to the list.

Do you think we should have a new Santa thread shala?

I'll post my menu later as DH not here at dinner time so not sure what/when we're eating. Jeans feel tight today so I'll be joining in the reining in:o.

    Hi Daisy,

Yes the new group wasn't for me and I was waiting on my operation for my gallbladder. So having had that out and gotten sorted out I'm now going it alone. I debate a group every so often but think I just got to saturation point with it all and didn't find it much use for me personally. Hoping to see at least 8 lbs off for the end of the year and if I have a stone to lose next year that will be fine with me

Thanks Maman! Just makes it so much easier, and yep, most of my syns go on wine!

It sounds daft but I feel like I'm eating MORE following SW... I'm terrified I'll get weighed wed night and I'll have put on! :o I'm also a bit worried about the amount of mullerlights I'm consuming... 2 a day! I don't know, I'm feeling a bit anxious today, maybe I'm projecting it onto SW...

Today I think I'll make a big omelette and portion it into boxes with some peas for the next couple of days... I'm thinking onion, mushroom and the last of the greens. Mullerlights x2, banana. I had 3 ryvita with 2x35g light Philly when I got in from work this morning with wafer thin ham so that's my HeA/B for today. I'm a bit stuck for FREE meals ideas that require minimum to no cooking!

    Hair looks lovely CP :)

Thanks Maman! Shala will you put me down for 14lbs off between now and Christmas?

Gym membership has been renewed today, I'm finally allowed to do a little light walking and some swimming after shuffling about for months so now will just need to get myself a new costume and I'll be good to go.

lantanna glad to hear you're back on your feet after the op. I did think about going back to group but I just can't commit to the time plus it was pretty cliquey and I'm not that type of person so it just becomes a chore to me. I also have a pretty expressive face and I got caught pulling faces a couple of times at some the rubbish that came out of folks mouths which didn't help!!!!! :rotfl:

I have been studying all day, have barely moved so I've only eaten a roll (HEXB) with light salad cream (1syn) and quorn chicken slices (free). Bean chilli (which i think is free but will have to double check everything) and rice and veg for tea but that leaves me some room for snacking later on! Might have some cheese with my tea to use up the HEXA.

Anyone know off the top of their heads which yogurts are suitable for veggies and free?

B17c - Have you got a slow cooker? If so, there are loads of things you could prep the night before and chuck in before work and have a lovely hot meal for when you get in from work. Depending on what you make you'd just need to do a carb and/or veg to go with it.

You can make things like curry, stews, chilli etc completely Free. Have a look at the SW website for some ideas.

I think it's easier to do easy no cook meals in the summer when you can just have a salad with some egg, ham etc.
