Thanks Maman and Rebster, I have IBS and there's certain things that set it off, mainly pasta and jacket potatoes and various grainy types, I have to watch how many ryvita's I have!

I think I mean snacks then, when I get in at 8 or 9am all I'm capable of doing is is grabbing something quick, I've been known to take a cuppa up and be asleep before I've taken a sip!

I have been batch cooking chicken and veg, i could make a bolognaise sauce and eat that on its own... Or with veg.

My stomach feels really bloated today, I think I'm coming up to shark week.. :(

Weighed in this evening following my first week on SW and got myself a 4lb loss:jj

Very pleased with this, especially since last weekend I had a bit of a pre-diet blowout and gained 2lb, so have managed to lose that, plus some extra :)
