    QOC/Beanie - I've cooked the chicken tikka sauce after I let it thaw and it was fine, I imagine the soups would be too.

    Here it is...

    Breakfast. Porridge A/B strawberries

    Lunch.. Veg soup Wholemeal bread roll 6 syns clementine.

    Dinner.. Egg and s/w cheesy A chips , bean, beetroot . Pear.

    Supper & Snacks. 2 ryvita 3 syns 2 Alpen light bars B clementine.

    A milk A cheese B porridge B Alpen light bars

    Water, Hot lemon water.

    Dinner: campfire stew & mustard mash (1 +++++ - used “real” sausages), green beans & broccoli

    It doesn't mean you can't eat things like parsnips, sweetcorn or peas that aren't on the list but they'd just be free food not Speed food and the Extra Easy plan needs at least a third of Speed food to make it work. HTH
