:T on your 1.5 lbs june.

I bought some BBQ beef and I'm trying it tonight so fingers crossed:).

No there aren't any lists of pre-prepared foods that I'm aware of rebster but most months there are a few things in the magazine. Other than that I suppose one way would be too look up things on mysupermarket and then try them in syns on line. I believe there is an app for your phone so you can look things up in the shop but I don't use it.

    My EE plan:
B: NAS Grapefruit, bacon, 2 fried eggs, HEB (half) toast
L: JP with spring onion, cottage cheese and beetroot
D: BBQ pulled beef, SW chips, asparagus, tomatoes, mushrooms
Syns: I'm ignoring the syns in the beef as it's so low wish I could ignore my wine syns;).

Ooh the pulled beef sounds lovely, may have to try that. Are there any lists of low-syn pre-prepared foods like that? At the minute I'm having to go to shops, look for things that look potentially ok, and then look up syn value, which is OK most of the time but led to a bit of a frustrating visit to Asda last night when I was just looking for something easy to throw in the oven. For the most part I'm trying to cook things from scratch, but it would be nice to have some go-to items that require little effort on my part!!

Sent you pm unsure if I could post it on here

A bit earlier this morning as DH has had to go to work. It'll be another EE day today but hoping to keep syns a bit lower today then the last couple (wine syns!) & then last night DH opened a box of soft nougat from M&S and we ate those - I probably had more than half. Checked syns this morning and it was 23.5 for the box so I'm counting 20:eek:.

    B - beans & mushrooms on toast
L - LO carrot, lentil & coriander soup
D - roast chicken, roasted potatoes, roast carrots, red cabbage & peas.

    HEA - milk as usual
    HEB - bread

Wine syns tonight if we decide to open a bottle later!

Thanks for that tweets. Sounds like a good site. The more information we have the better.:)

The BBQ pulled beef from Lidl was very tasty last night and we really enjoyed it. I know I'm greedy but I can't imagine how you'd get three portions from a pack unless it's meant to be put in a bread roll.

 to lois if you log on. Is it today you travel back to Spain?

Football for me today so the usual half Crunchie to add to any other syns. Not hungry at all at the moment but need some lunch before we leave. I've got HB steaks in the oven (smells gorgeous:drool:) so I can get a meal ready quickly when we get home this evening.

    Afternoon all,

My shoulder is still killing me but I'm determined not to let it scupper my plans for the day. Food wise my day looks like this:

Brunch - scrambled egg, onion wedges, mushrooms, tomato half, bacon and heck chicken sausages cooked in frylight, also had two small slices of WM bread spread with light laughing cow spread
Lunch - HM butternut squash soup
Dinner - HM cottage pie from the SW website topped with carrot and potato mash, served with brocolli and even more carrots
Syns - milk in coffee, LC spread, heck sausages and a mcvities gold bar

In between all that I also have to finish my college assignment as its due in this coming Thursday and I can't face working on it after a day at the office, god help me!
