Much better week, 2lb LOSS SHALA

Party season seems to have started early for me this year as had a 60th birthday party last w/e, have got a house warming in a couple of weeks and then in December have a dinner dance, another house party, afternoon tea and a day trip to a Christmas market, and that's just for starters I'm sure more will be added.

Sorry for not posting much but struggling to keep up with everything atm.

I'm trying an EESP day today. Mainly because I don't eat a lot of starchy carbs anyway and this way, I get an extra B so I don't have to syn my hifi snacks :p

Breakfast - Spiced eggy (P) oats (HEB) with an apple (S). Small latte (1/2 HEA - I make it, so it's measured) with choc shot (0.5 syns)
Lunch - Chicken and beans (P) with salad (S)
Dinner - Slow cooker pulled pork (P) with swede mash and green veg (S)
Snacks - Hifi light bars (HEB), strawberries... something synful! :D

Still need to figure out the rest of my HEA. Have some goats cheese in the fridge that needs using up so will probably be that, or a Babybel. That will be soon as the pulled pork smell is starting to waft through the house - lovely!

Have a good day everyone! :j

Hi :) sorry haven't posted much, I'm nocturnal at the mo! Hope everyone had a fun Halloween and resisted the sweeties?!
It's day 4 for me today and due to nightshifts I've basically been eating the same thing every day! I'm all back to front and confused trying to do my food diary coz I'm shattered so instead of B/L/D it's Before Work/At Work/After Work!
BW: some days I've been missing it due to sleeping late but today I,ve just had 2 lean lamb steaks with half a plate of spring greens.
AtW: I batch cooked Cajun gravy chicken with mashed carrot and swede and broccoli so a portion of that, 2 mullerlights and a banana between 10pm and 7am
AfterW: 3 sesame Ryvita (HEB) with 2x 35g light Philadelphia pots (HEA) and maybe some fruit if I can be bothered to make it! I'll be dead on my feet!
I've messed up a couple of times on my syns, bloody 5.5 in a regular red bull! But a sugar free or zero one is FREE so I'll remember that for next time!

Quick question, if the upper limit of syns is 15 and you x7 for each day of the week, so 105, so long as you stay below 105 for the week can you work it out that way rather than on a daily basis??

Bruges is lovely b-e-g, hope you enjoy it but better wear blinkers as there are chocolate shops everywhere and chips and mayo on every corner. They even have a chip museum!:rotfl:

I was aware of the choccies maman but hadn't heard of the chips and mayo particularly the fact that they have a chip museum :rotfl: Wonder if they have heard of our SW chips :rotfl:

    1lb off this week :)

It's slowing down now but I'm only a few lbs away from a total of 4 1/2 stone since January. When that happens you'll all know about it lol

    Well done Sandhy :T

I noticed that the pulled beef in Bourbon sauce is a weekend offer in Lidl. If I can (and they don't run out) I'll try and get there tomorrow as there are some other bits I need. It's 1.5 for the whole pack. I think it was b-e-g who tried it. I'm still cross with Tesco for changing the recipe on their BBQ pork.

Hope you managed to get some maman. I got a couple for easy meals. I could remember that they weren't bad synwise and when I checked they said 0.5 syn for a third of pack - we usually divide ours in two :o

The beef with bourbon from Lidl Rebster is very nice but the sauce is extremely sweet and may not be to everyone's taste. We sometimes just have a little of it but the beef is fine.

I think that Lidl half price offers next weekend include the lamb shanks and if I can remember they work out at around 5 syns each I think. When we tried them they were very tasty even though they were quite small but not bad especially at half price.

Well done on your loss June :T

Hope you are feeling better Liz3yy

Pleased to hear that you got sorted with SWonline Tulip. Hope you enjoyed your Halloween do :D

Well done durham on your loss. Sounds as though you have a busy time ahead. I love afternoon teas and christmas markets - can I come please :rotfl: Is it your house warming - I have got it in my head that you were moving house.

Some people here usually a weekly synbank B17c and it seems to work for them.

Right that's me caught up for now. Got one more job to do and then I will settle down for Strictly and XFactor :D

Well, hopefully when I go to the SW class again tomorrow hopefully they'll have scales this time! :rotfl:

Shala, how do you want me to work my WI this week? I normally weigh at home on a Wednesday morning but if I'm going to class, my WI will now be on a Monday evening, so tomorrow I will be about half a ton heavier than I was on Wednesday morning  do you want me to start reporting from next Monday?
