I have had an over indulgent weekend.
    Good though.
    Time to pull back.

    Happy November all :)

As long as you enjoyed it Beanie, that's all that matters!

I've had a few indulgent days too :o... feeling very stressed/upset as hairdresser has done my hair wrong again and it makes me lose the plot!! I know it sounds silly but I get really annoyed when they just do their own thing after you've told them what you want. I now have to go back and have it altered but ultimately they've dyed it the wrong colour and i'm stuck with it :(

CP - a lady at the hairdressers had her hair done in those colours the other day, post a pic when it's done, i'd love to see it.

have you got a favourite in Xfactor BEG? just watching it now.. I liked Lauren in auditions but now she's just a bit too excitable @ lives, hope she calms down a bit.. :D

Spent today decorating the living room so i'm aching all over :rotfl: how unfit am I? we had chicken rolls and crisps for dinner so not at all SW :(

Menu for tomorrow (at work all day so all food will be eaten there)
    B - apple, yogurt, muesli (3)
L - bbq pulled chicken, salad, wrap (heb), satsumas
T - bbq pulled chicken, mash, lots of carrots
    S - crisps(5) banana, alpen if needed

Hope you all have a good start to the week - remember the new challenge starts tomorrow!:j:j lets all Get Slinky for Santa (or Less Sturdy for Santa for lantanna ;)) :T:T:T

Shala, how do you want me to work my WI this week? I normally weigh at home on a Wednesday morning but if I'm going to class, my WI will now be on a Monday evening, so tomorrow I will be about half a ton heavier than I was on Wednesday morning  do you want me to start reporting from next Monday?

Completely up to you, it's your challenge i'm just the record keeper :D

Quick question, if the upper limit of syns is 15 and you x7 for each day of the week, so 105, so long as you stay below 105 for the week can you work it out that way rather than on a daily basis??

Lots of us do exactly that, we call it a syn bank. So start the week after WI with 105 and subtract from it as you go through the week. When I was getting to target I chose to eat almost syn free during the week and then have a load of (wine:o) syns at weekends. It's not the official SW way but it worked for me and for many others. It depends whether you can handle delayed gratification.:rotfl:

I did manage to get the BBQ Pulled Beef in Lidl b-e-g and we had some last night. Agree there's barely enough in a pack for 2 people. I ignored the 0.75 syns per person.
Promise I didn't make up the chip museum. It really does exist.

Feeling a bit stuffed tonight and jeans feeling tight but that's often the case after synful weekend.

Sorry to hear about your hair shala:(.

POOP to your hair Shala, I haven't had mine done in ages and I really need to but it will have to wait until Dec. Still slapped a bit of make up on this morning and squeezed my backside into my size 12 trousers this morning. Oh I really like Sean in the X Factor, hadn't really paid much attention to him before but on Saturday I was like wow when sang! I'm sorry but who is voting for 4th Impact? I don't get them at all! Annoying!

Meg, how annoying and what a lot of fuss over nothing! I'd be letting them have it!

Happy to report was good over the weekend, went to the gym Friday night and sunday. Had a bag of wotsits and a fun size mars bar. They were planned for and were my treats for being going all last week. Heres to another week of being good.

Just had some grapes for Brekkie (I know not speed) but needing using up and not really hungry.

Lunch is a tuna pasta salad with lots of speed and dinner is either stir fry or spaghetti Bolognese. Told Mildredd last night I'm on the speed train now until Christmas.

Legs are skinny skinny again just need the middle bit to catch up

Wasn't as good as I could have been at the weekend and think I'm really going to have to rein it in big time over the next few days with only a couple of syns (or none if I can manage it!) as already over for the week - mainly down to the box of soft nougat - could strangle DH for opening them. I'm OK if stuff is unopened in the cupboard but once opened - it's a different matter.

    Another EE day today:

B - porridge made with milk; mullerlight vanilla; frozen mixed fruit
L - not sure but either falafel (if the mix firms up enough to cook them this morning!) or sweet chilli chicken noodles with salady bits (which is what I'd planned for tomorrow)
D - LO roast chicken, SW chips, salad, pickles (DH will have beans rather than salad probably!)

Gonna get it stripped again next month and have more colour put in. I'm pleased with it, but want it a bit brighter :p

Diet wise.... I've gone off the plan! Dreading the scales tonight. But I have to go. The worst thing would be to avoid them or else I won't get back on it.

I feel so ill too. Stupid cough is driving me INSANE!

    Wish me luck!
