Where are you going on your cruise? Is it a dressy up one?

That's the one maman - it didn't look quite so pale in shop - bit like a pinky/creamy colour. Could be settings on my lappy :rotfl:. Oh it's only a little tiny mini cruise to Bruges with DH, his brother and sister-in-law. But it will make a nice little change and something I wouldn't have felt comfortable with a little while ago. Don't think I will be needing an evening gown or receiving any invitations to sit with the captain :rotfl:

I have sometimes weighed heavy things lantanna just to see what its likes to carry and I know for sure that there is no way on this earth that I could lift a 9st person let alone carry them around with me all day long . Will you be buying something new to wear for your Christmas Dinner?

    Welcome aboard B17c :hello:

Well done to both you and your DD elona :T

Sending lots of lovely huggles to you meg xx Sorry but your comments re steaming made me chuckle :rotfl:

I think a lot of people are the same shala - having to justify themselves as they step on the scales. I am the weigh lady at our class and at times I feel as though I am the priest in the confessional :rotfl:

Well done on your loss Denise and on winning your raffle. :T

Well done on your loss too tweets :T

Can you put me down for 10lbs for this challenge please?

  • Hope you ok Meg and sending you hugs.I can see why you could have an anxiety attack after what has happened in the past.

Maman yep you have told me before, but I forget how the red/green thing works. I really need to find time for myself to read up on it all, so I really appreciate you giving me the heads up.

Ended up working late AGAIN. I'm feeling very exhausted. But this is our most busy week in the year and I kind of expected it. Tomorrow is going to be hectic as I have to pack for my daughter going away tomorrow morning, decorate my house for our halloween party, do all my baking, get some shopping in then I'm at work from 5pm til 11ish.

Saturday I have a 4.5 hour hair appointment and I can not wait to sit in the chair and enjoy some peace and quiet. Supposed to be off Sunday (I don't work sundays) however I'm covering a day shift. All I can think of is the extra money for the fat man in a red suit and all that body magic! :rotfl:

15 syns today.... on little pizza and some chicken.

No time to eat anything else. Going to bed now so I can be up at 7am to pack. I'm too exhausted now. I spoke to my manager tonight and told him I am gonna need a couple of days off next week. I'm only ment to work part time as I have quite a few medical conditions with a very poor immune system (could go on the sick if I wanted to play the system) and I can feel myself running down. I don't wanna hit chronic fatigue state. A couple of days in my pjs once the kids are at school watching trashy tv will sort me right out :o

Sorry i'm rambling on.... Off to bed.

Oh, well done to the losers, hugs to those struggling and hi to all the newbies. Love the new chat name Shala! :rotfl:

:TWell done beanie and Claire. More losses!:D

Hope you're OK wiz, not like you to have bad days.:)

I tweaked my sausage casserole tonight and it was yummy. I added in some celery and diced peppers to up the Speed plus some garlic and chilli flakes for a bit of zing. Small portion left(sausage free) to have with a JP.

Bruges is lovely b-e-g, hope you enjoy it but better wear blinkers as there are chocolate shops everywhere and chips and mayo on every corner. They even have a chip museum!:rotfl:

    1lb off this week :)

It's slowing down now but I'm only a few lbs away from a total of 4 1/2 stone since January. When that happens you'll all know about it lol

Happy Friday folks and it's payday for me :)

Well done to all the losers, hugs for those who need them.

Didn't need any supper yesterday so only had one HEB and only half HEA on cheese (was saving some to have with my crackers for supper!). Also meant I saved 4 syns for butter:), however some wine syns instead!

Today is going to be another Green day:

B - porridge made with water, mullerlight vanilla, frozen fruit
L - carrot & coriander soup - still need to make but will do this morning and portion up, cheese on toast
D - HM squash & chard curry/rice; mini garlic & coriander naan (8.5 syns). Was going to cut into my pumpkin but found some squash already chopped in the freezer so using that instead. The pumpkin lives to see another day, LOL!

    HEA1 - milk
    HEA2 - cheese
    HEB1 - porridge
    HEB2 - bread

Can't get away this weekend as DH has to work on Sunday, although the weather doesn't look brilliant so not so bad.

Can anyone help me please, I've got a large tub of "full fat natural yeo valley yogurt" & can't find the syn value for 100g.

I've decided to give up on the mullers with all the aspartamine in them giving me bad headaches
    Kindness costs nothing :)
