Where are you going on your cruise? Is it a dressy up one?
Football was poor but we still managed to win somehow, unlike your team tweets.
I've been really hungry and wanting snacks this week which is very unlike me. I think it may be the clocks going back making me feel all my meals are late. So, after football I ate a pear, couple of squares of chocolate and 2 Finn Crisps with ham and cheese. Cheese was probably OK as I've not had much milk today but I really don't need extra syns. Must try harder tomorrow.0 -
Please can you put me down for 14lbs for the next challenge? Very optimistic of me but I REALLY want to get to target by Xmas xx0

Still trying to sort out my November menu plan. Have done the first couple of weeks so at least I can get the necessary shopping for this week when I go shopping after group this morning.
Could do with some new ideas for breakfasts & lunches. I seem to be able to get variety into our evening meals but breakfasts and lunches seem to be the same few things repeated several times a month! I think this might be why I'm struggling a bit with the plan at the moment!
Today will be a Green day:
B - Alpen Light after WI (0.5 HEB)
L - LO "rounders" from last night (virtually no mince in it mainly veg so will syn 25g of mince so 2 syns)
D - Jacket potato, beans, cheese (part HEB2)
S - 2 Ryvita (0.5 HEB), butter 4 syns, cheese (part HEB2)
HEA2 will be milk in tea throughout the day.
Back later after WI. Have stuck to plan much better this week so really hoping for a small loss!

We def are a nation of dog lovers aren't we.:D Glad to hear swonline is working out for you Orlao.
9 stone BEG, I always used to get my weight loss compared to like losing the weight of a child in group, you've lost a whole person! If that is the coat its well smart! Supermarket snobs :rotfl:My clothes come from everywhere and anywhere if I like it I don't care where it comes from. I did get some great coats from Asda when I was going down the sizes as they were cheap and good quality.
Succumbed to a little 70 % dark choc last night Maman, just a little mind you and I'm happy with my choice. Least I won't feel as deprived when I get to Chocolate Friday!! Might just carry on with the dark on Friday, don't know why I got so into the normal stuff again. I know what you mean about the clocks changing everything is out of sorts for a week or so.
I was telling Mildredd last night I know I'm not really fat but I also no I'm not slim like I was. I'm in no mans land, sturdy that's how I would describe myself :rotfl:
I've a Christmas Dinner on the 5th of Dec and don't want to feel sturdy at it so that's my motivation for the month of November.
Shala Are you still going it alone? You didn't return to group?
Need to do some shopping and meal planning in the next few days.0 -

Hey guys, mind if I join in?
I just joined SW class again last night after 2 yearsI'm determined to get rid of this excess junk, my BMI is just over 30!!! My friends tell me I'm not overweight but I feel awful, my clothes don't fit and I feel frumpy and unattractive... I've got 3 stone to lose but I'll be happy with 1.5 at least!
I can't promise I'll be on mse every single day/night, as much as I'd like to be, I'm working night shifts at the mo so it's a bit tricky but I'll get on as much as I can and I'm already meal planning and will be batch cooking later today! I've tried to log in online with PIN number etc but the site must be down, please can anyone tell me, are mullerlite still FREE? There's been some changes, no more red or green days anymore!! I was on EE before but the option was still there to do them...! TIA

I went with dd to sw class last night hoping she had lost weight after the disappointing class last week where the consultant patronised her and hinted she had not stuck to plan. DD was not happy and neither was I.
Fortunately I lost two and a half and am a pound away from a one stone loss and she lost four pounds and got the slimmer of the month award. :j:j:j
I took another dd to see the new Bond film on Tuesday and made our snacks sparkling water, diet coke, low cal popcorn and a banana.
Planning to cook a chicken and veg soup but not the one with barley in it as it speeds my digestion far too well
Found some YS at supermarket last night - fruit pots reduced to 29 pence so got four and sliced leek and cabbage at 39 pence a bag. DD got me some SW sausages to put in the freezer last night so feel well stocked up.
I would love to have lost one and a half stone by Christmas but don't know if eight pounds in eight weeks is realistic for me. Probably best for me to plod on and keep to plan without getting stressed or worried about it.
DD starts a new job next week which will mean a lot of travelling, some work from home and quite a few trips to Europe at short notice so getting to class will be difficult and keeping on plan will take some thought especially faced with continental breakfasts."This site is addictive!"

After what was supposed to be a nice dayshift yesterday, ended up a 12 hour shift. However, i tried as best as I could.
Have a stash of shreddies in my locker, so on my break instead of frying something or making pizza I have 2 small slices from the buffet and a bowl of shreddies, followed by 3 satsumas. Then when I got home I wanted a packet of crisps so bad, but decided to have a slice of wholemeal toast and went straight to bed and read my SW magazine :rotfl:
Have deducted 15 syns from my syn bank which now stands at 70 remaining for the week. As usual, I'm doing a double shift today. So i'm planning:
Breakfast: Satsumas x2 and some grapes
Lunch (My break at work): Shreddies (HEA and HEB)
Tea/Supper: Spaghetti hoops and a slice of wholemeal bread.
Snacks/syns: Got some hi-fi bars in my locker, and the bread with my supper.
I can't wait for tomorrow when I'm actually at home for the day as I'm only working night time. I feel like I actually need a good dinner!
