    Hi,

As expected STS for me this week. TBH I'm relieved that it wasn't a gain - the tiramisu was diiiiiivine :o but I reckon it was a weeks calories in one small slice!

Hope everyone else has more willpower than me.

4 lbs isn't that bad and at least you're doing something about it before it gets worse. Well done!!

Sorry if you think I'm nit picking but are you confusing Speed with EESP? Extra Easy is supposed to have a third Speed (from the fruit and veg list) whereas EESP (Extra Easy Speed Protein) doesn't have any free food just Speed and Protein.

Your meal tonight is fine, much better than having a blow out (because WI day doesn't count;)) but the only Speed is the onions so not really extra easy mostly free food:).

Not nit-picking at all! You're right, I honestly haven't got my head round the EE and SP and SS and ESP and whatever else they're calling things!

I confess to following the plan only loosely, mostly just making sure I have mainly free food with valiant attempts to include what used to be superfree fruit and veg, but I also keep an eye on calories. I know this wouldn't work for many people so don't mention my DIY style much, but it's worked well for me so far when I have stuck to it.

Tonight is the other half of the pan of chicken and rice, earlier today I had Weetabix with soya milk, two small apples and a packet of free supernoodles with some mixed veg.

If I'm still hungry or get snacky later I might use some syns, but I would like to save them for weekend flexi syns so I might go for something free instead.

Back to being serious about this now!:)

1lb loss this week, happy with that as we had a weekend at Legoland, buffet breakfast and the associated poor eating choices with a 400 mile each way road trip.

    Congrats Orlao, great loss.

Well,I am back.I have had about a month off-plan,which I have really enjoyed
icon_redface.gif,but now it is time to reign it back in again.
Since I was last here (9th September),I have gained 5 lb (hadn't realised that til just now, writing it down .)It brings me to 1.5 lb over target. So not toooooooooooooooooooooooooo dreadful, but I am feeling the weight-gain: I definitely prefer to be under target.

Now I need to formulate a plan of attack.I was actually determined to get back on track 2 weeks ago: went back to group, weighed in,went straight from there to do a SW-friendly grocery shop. For the rest of the week I was still craving far too much rubbish, alot of the food rotted in the fridge then was thrown out
    018.gif.

Part of the problem I have is that at the moment we are having building works. At the moment all the demolition and extending is going on outside, but it does affect the inside of the house: boxes of "stuff" have been moved in from the demolished part of the house, our tiny house has been made tinier with all the tat.Since 21st Sep,when work began,we have had no washing machine or dishwasher. The state that our house /kitchen gets into, there is absolutely no way I could cook in my kitchen alot of the time. Not at all inspired, and absolutely no room /bench space, space to work/walk.Always dirty dishes sitting around. We have had alot of take-aways and microwave meals.

Got to put some kids to bed, will be back with a plan soon.

 Getting the coil in was a painful experience. Not sure if anyone else has had it in, but def not pleasant.

In bad mood today. expect I will be for a couple of days til it settles down

Don't think I'll be weighing this week

Be back in a better mood soon (I hope)

I tried having a coil fitted 5 years ago, it was so painful I fainted during the procedure and my Dr had to stop. Needless to say I didn't try again :/
