LL - a maintain is always better than a gain! I'm still struggling and am only just inside top end of target and the way things are going I can see me being outside of target range if I don't rein it in a bit but that's not going to happen this week with my sis visiting and eating out in France. There are always wine syns involved when my sister visits!

Afternoon everyone
Sorry I have been mia over the weekend but I have been laid up with the dreaded lurgyand not feeling very sociable. Had very little sleep for the past four nights which has made me a proper grumpy guts and feeling sorry for myself. Hoping I am over the worst of it as I am at SW tonight. Not looking forward to that as I am still having issues in the loo dept. DS suggested that I tried Milk of Magnesia which I tried last night (all 40mls of it _pale_) and has resulted in zilch today so far. Tried the pommie lantanna - nothing
So pleased you enjoyed your Afternoon Tea Maisie with Mum. DH and I love going for slightly more upmarket Afternoon Teas (look out for offers on Groupon/Living Social). I would rather keep treats for things like this than buying treat type foods to sit in the cupboard at home. We've still got a posh fish and chips to use and yesterday I bought a sharing tapas thing with a couple of pieces of cake and two coffees so I will have to decide when we can fit them in.
Well done to all our lovely losers and hang on in there to anyone who is struggling.
Just had JP with fishsticks (with lf mayo, yog and bit tom puree) and huge salad followed by some speed fruit. I feel stuffed as a cushion now :rotfl:.
Will report back later with tonight's result.

I'm struggling and expecting a gain tonight at weigh in. I'm trying to get back on track this week. I need to stop setting myself up to fail by buying in things that make me overeat. I need to start believing I can do this again!I believe in the freedom of spinach and the right to arm bears.

Morning all, hope everyone had a good weekend. I didn't have my HEB yesterday as didn't feel hungry during the evening (perhaps I can use the 6 syns against a glass of wine, LOL!)
I know you were joking but I've often wondered if you do save syns on a day when we don't have the HEXs that are built onto the plan.
Have a lovely day in France:).
You're sounding really out of sorts beg. Maybe worth a trip to the GP if things don't get er....moving soon.I'm struggling and expecting a gain tonight at weigh in. Oh you can jps, really you can!! If I were you I'd go to WI and take that weight as your fresh starting point. Then do a meal plan and only buy in things that match the plan.
I'm hoping that this week I'll be within target range without too much of a holiday gain. I've got just one off plan meal before Thursday's WI so rest of the time I should be on plan.
Today's EE plan:
B: NAS Grapefruit, baked beans, HEB toast, HEA milk
L: gammon, new potatoes, carrots, cabbage, peaslunch was late (3.30) so won't eat again unless I'm peckish late evening then I'll have a SW snack of some sort
Syns: scrape of spread0 -

Thanks Maman! I am feeling much better now and really think I can get back in the zone this week.
I gained 4lbs, which isn't bad considering how I lost control of my eating, and haven't been able to exercise because of a chesty cold. Sadly I'm the sort of person who doesn't lose their appetite even with the worst cold!
Right, I'm going to write everything down, meal plan like a mad thing and resist buying stuff. I made a start tonight, which would normally be "cheat night" and an excuse to buy loads of rubbish and scoff it till I feel ill.
So tonight, my treat meal is a SW friendly chicken and rice, onions, peas and a little crumbled cheese. I know it isn't speed, but I lose weight very successfully without doing speed at the moment if I stick to extra easy.
Thanks to Shala as always for the chart, sorry I've been a rubbish loser this challenge! I will do better!

Evening all,
I'm happy to report a loss of 2lb last week!
This week I'll be on plan but next week is looking dodge due to DH's birthday and the endless drinking and eating that will accompany that and our trip to London....
Anyways, today looked like this:
Breakfast - overnight oats topped with mixed frozen fruit
Lunch - home made butternut squash soup, celery & carrot sticks
Dinner - fish fillet with parmesan and rocket sauce (won't be having it again, was only just edible!) SW chips and green beans
Syns - Laughing cow cream cheese with my veg sticks, milk in coffee, velvet crunch crisps and 1 syn in the fish (trying to work out if I have enough left for a small kit kat later?!)
Also had a mouthful of brie - counting that as my HEAThey have the internet on computers now?! - Homer Simpson
It's always better to be late in this life, than early in the next0 -

4 lbs isn't that bad and at least you're doing something about it before it gets worse. Well done!!
Sorry if you think I'm nit picking but are you confusing Speed with EESP? Extra Easy is supposed to have a third Speed (from the fruit and veg list) whereas EESP (Extra Easy Speed Protein) doesn't have any free food just Speed and Protein.
Your meal tonight is fine, much better than having a blow out (because WI day doesn't count;)) but the only Speed is the onions so not really extra easy mostly free food:).0 -
