Have you tried the scan bran BEG? Awful to eat but good for fibre content..
I haven't had scan bran but I've had All Bran as HEb most nights this last week which I think is fairly high in fibre.Scan bran is food of the devil.Fact.
:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
I haven't just eaten them as crackers beanie but I have used them crunched up to coat scotch eggs and that was fairly acceptable but after that we just scrunched up dark rye ryvita.Better off eating prunes aren't you?! LOL
The nights I haven't had All Bran I have had prunes as HEb. DH is considering Dynorod for me
We have recorded Food Unwrapped so will have to see what they have to say about prunes gbateyGot Jamie on the box at the moment with his superfoods, but in all honesty I could care less about his superfoods tonight they way I feel.
Tonight's wi resulted in a massive loss of 0.5lbs . Bit disappointed with that especially as I got an (in my opinion) undeserved 1lb gain last week. Not going to winge any more - at least it is in right direction.
Well done to all other losers and well done jps for drawing a line and working out a plan of action.
Early night I think for me tonight.

Evening guys, been MIA due to a holiday and poorly. Went to group tonight and very ashamed to say a have a very well deserved +4.5lb gain
I had a brilliant time away, and knew it would happen. However I'm also still battling this cold since having my flu jab over a week ago and feeling very rotten. I stayed to class and pleased I did just to get some support. I simply MUST get back on it now as I was doing so well in my opinion (10lb off in 7 weeks). Exercise is very unlikely this week (I have a chronic lung disease) so i MUST stick to plan.
Pork in fridge ready to slow cook tomorrow.
Will be back from tomorrow with my daily updates.
Oh and I must say Meg its lovely to hear you sound so happy.
Well done to all the loosers this week, and keep of fighting to those struggling. We CAN do it!

Scan bran is food of the devil. Fact.
I think eating the packaging probably tastes better!:rotfl:
Cheer up CP, a gain after a holiday is perfectly normal and you're feeling rough on top of that. :Tfor going to group and facing the music and you have a plan for tomorrow. All good:).
gbatey, I agree with beanie, your menu does look a bit sparse. They're the right food but not much of them.
I'm out for lunch tomorrow so one off plan meal and then that's it back on it 100% until WI on Thursday.0 -
Grrrrrr! just lost my (ready to)post!
I had a lovely time away; even Newcastle match on way home manage to oblige with a goal fest (although I had one eye on the rugby and was gutted at the outcome for Scotland).
Anyway the outcome of an unfettered food frenzy was that I have to report I got an old fashioned pair of golfing trousers -, ie it's +4 for me, shala.
Anyway I've not been shopping yet so I've not done a meal plan - or should that be vice versa? I've not done a meal plan yet so I've not been shopping?
I've skim read what everyone has to say.
Commiserations to STsers an gainers; big congratulations to losers.
Hiya, newby (I think it was just the one of you; if not then hiya to you too).
Welcome back from holitrips, all you tourists.
Hope our poorlies are on the mend.
Special mention to meg. Thanks for keeping romance alive. Enjoy.
