Is it only two weeks until you go back to Spain lois. Where did the summer go? Do you wear a lot of winter clothes in Spain?
Yes, the season has flown by!
It can get cold in the winter in Spain, particularly at night, but not cold enough to need a proper winter coat. I'm taking a medium weight/medium length coat with a hood in case of rain. Layering is key during the day as it can start off quite cool, but get quite warm by midday - warm enough to sunbathe if you're in a sheltered spot away from the wind. So a typical daytime outfit would be lightweight trousers, a vest top or t-shirt, a thin cardi or jumper and a fleece.
Right, tea break over, back to the stock take!
Have a good weekend everyone.

Evening all!
Thanks for your kind words, Thursday was total crap but yesterday and today have been much better.
Yesterday food wise I had overnight oats with vanilla mullerlight and mixed frozen fruit. Lunch was on the go from Asda - I had a salad with chicken pieces and bulger wheat, followed by pineapple, dinner was home mad burgers followed a swig of vodka with Diet Coke. I'm estimating I stayed on track syn wise though am unsure how many were in my lunch.
Today has looked like this:
Breakfast - two slices of WM toast with scrambled egg, laughing cow triangles and smoked salmon (might sound an odd combo but I use the laughing cow in place of butter as I hate dry toast)
Lunch - turkey and salad sub from subway
Dinner - prawn spaghetti with a tonne of mushrooms, pasata and red onion
Syns - 9 in my lunch, 2 in breakfast and 4 for a bag of velvet crunch crisps later tonight
It's a bit tight syn wise today but that's ok as over the whole week it's balanced out.
