I was in Sainsburys at lunch Maman and the Sausages are def not on offer. Got some anyway.

Never tried Pumpkin, not sure I'd like it Denise!

I've a Christmas Dinner on the 5th of December and I hope I have something off for then. Least that's something to work too.

Off for brunch out tomorrow but its too the SW friendly caf!, not the place I went last week were I got the Caesar Salad and the Chips! So it will be poached eggs etc.

I have the Apprentice to watch and the usual cleaning etc to get done. Hoping to get through the wardrobe and find some more clothes that fit and maybe get some incentives from others! Hoping to not get too upset at the ones that don't fit :rotfl:

I'm off work on Monday so will go to the gym for a session and then off to get my coil so if I'm MIA that's where I will be lol

Shala is it SW Tikka Sauce? Please let us know what its like!

Just sorted out the funds and things will be tight til December bonus time but at least I'm in control of it.

If you like butternut squash then you'll probably like pumpkin as they are quite similar once cooked.

Yes the SW one.. i'm no connoisseur on Indian food but it was lovely! Less watery than the ready meal version :T

I couldn't quite work out the instructions and i'd let it thaw, so not sure if you're supposed to cook it from frozen or not.. anyway I just tipped it in the frying pan with the chicken, peppers and onion that i'd cooked and simmered it for a bit.

It's got a nice spicyness to it, not too overpowering..

Hope it all goes well on Monday and it sorts your issues out.

    Evening all :)

I'm struggling to find time to keep up with the thread at the moment - I'm stock taking in the shop and trying to finish some knitting for someone before I head south to Spain. Only 2 more weeks! At least I'm not tempted with snacks when my hands are busy.:rotfl:

I've also been having a clear out - lots of winter stuff that someone else can make use of is now in the charity shop, along with a few items that I was intending to slim into but I took a long hard look at them and decided I was unlikely to wear them. I couldn't part with my size 16 faux shearling coat though. It was fashionable when I bought it 10 years ago! :rotfl::rotfl: Maybe it will be back on trend by the time I'm size 16 again.

Well done to all the losers, commiserations to the gainers and hugs to the strugglers.

    Have a good weekend everyone.

    LL :)

P.s. Denise - we've had lovely weather all week down here in Devon, we were on the beach yesterday. :D

:T well done beanie. Glad you got some sleep.

Is it only two weeks until you go back to Spain lois. Where did the summer go? I think it's a good idea to get rid of stuff you'll no longer wear but good to keep things you really like. There are lots of sheepskin type shaggy coats and gilets around this year so I'm sure your shearling coat is worth hanging on to. Do you wear a lot of winter clothes in Spain?

I'm envious of your Christmas in France too denise. We often go to France for a few days in December. The Christmas Market in Arras is good particularly if you're there when Saint Nicholas arrives. He's traditionally dressed as a bishop rather than the Santa Claus type.

Austrian Hash was delish again tonight. DH has decided it's edging Chicken Jambalaya as his favourite meal:).

Glad to hear about the tikka shala. I might give it a try.

    Amen to that Meg ;):T

Managed my first day on plan yesterday in quite a while :o used all my syns on the Indian Fakeaway but still within range :T

Have to decide what I'm eating today, I bought some lamb which is in the slow cooker, but can't decide what to have with it

Does anyone know what date the magazine comes out in the shops? I checked yesterday and it's still the old one. The SW website hasn't been updated either
