Good Afternoon
shala Lost half lb this week please0 -
0.5lb loss for me this week please shala
Pretty impressed with that as I had 4 off plan days where I went way over on syns so expected STS at best, phew! 2.5 tiny lbs till I get that 3st shiny, so I'll keep plodding on
Well done other losers this week, hugs to the strugglers
Hope everyone has a good week0 -
Oh the fainted priest!! How do you make that vegetarian denise? I've only had it stuffed with mince/Bolognese.
I might do it again if I see aubergines at a good price. We love them and as we enjoyed the stuffed courgettes so much it would make a nice change.
It's a recipe on the SW website - just used the recipe search. Easiest way to find it now is to type in Iman then only the one recipe comes up rather than about 7 pages for Aubergine.
Change of plan now as DH doesn't fancy the stuffed aubergine! so changed to SP day instead.
B - Alpen Light (0.5 HEB)
L - HM veg soup
D - bacon, egg, beans, mushrooms & onions - DH is having SW chips as well
S - Ryvita, butter (4.5 syns) ham; beetroot, cornichons, cucumber
May also have another Alpen Light if I feel like it later.
HEA will be milk in tea as usual.

Well done on SOTW Orlao:T
Hope things settle down soon Lantanna - hopefully the benefits will be worth it in the end
Off to WI this afternoon, so will post results and menu later0 -
Forgot to say I did weigh this morning and not as bad as I thought - 1/2lb on so now at top end of target.
Definitely need to stick to plan this week, don't want to have to start paying again.

That's not a bad gain considering your sister staying and everything else. Hopefully you can have a week's run at it now:).
Not sure my DH would like it vegetarian so I'll try Imam Bayildi like the stuffed aubergine I think as a variation on Bolognese. He doesn't mind having small portions of meat but he's not happy with none at all. In Turkey they stuff it with minced lamb. I had to laugh when I looked up the derivation of the name. One says the priest fainted because it was so delicious another that it was because his wife used up so much olive oil! We certainly won't be doing that;).
Really looking forward to my dinner. Decided to roast cubes of sweet potato instead of doing chips.0 -
Think that's why DH didn't fancy it!
