Came back tonight to find I am locked out of my house. Apparently a neighbour was worried because I had not been seen all week and called the council who called the police to break in, then changed my locks so I cant get in until tomorrow, staying the night with a friend.

That's brilliant. You've lost half a stone just between the two of you!:T:T

Thanks for the meal plan with all the Speed food included kaz.;) You might want to try a handful of leeks in your lentil soup too. I buy them frozen from Farmfoods, all clean, sliced and prepped ready.

Sorry to hear you're homeless meg but hope you had a good time away:).

Gosh, if she had called you up on the phone, I bet she would have got an answer!

    STS this week.

I've not been on here to catch up as I've been laptopless for almost .a week (using a borrowed one atm) then it took me a few days and a bit of trial and and error to remember my password!

Hope everyone has a good weekend planned. That's why saving syns works for me as I always save them up for weekends ever since I started on SW. It's not the official line, it's a tweak, but provided you can manage a bit of 'delayed gratification' Monday to Friday (until 6 pm;)) then for me it's a bonus.

I've done my meal plan and shopping list as food shop planned for later today. As I'm now only just inside bottom of target range I'm having a few more syns in meals than I would have had previously. Another tweak as the official SW line is that target members have more HEXs.

Oh dear, I'm not a very good example.:o:rotfl:

Meant to say that my group was absolutely packed yesterday, seems that lots of new people have joined in past few weeks since my last WI. Might it be people want to look good in party frocks?

    Today's EE plan:
B: NAS Grapefruit, baked beans, HEB toast
L: not sure-soup if I'm home or may grab something on the go
D: chicken stir fry (mange tout, spring onions, mushrooms, red pepper)
Syns: scrape of spread, tbsp. honey in stir fry, weekend wine:j

P.S. Hope your laptop is sorted soon sandhy and that you get back in your home ASAP meg.

    Hi Konvert! ;)

I joined last week but 10 weeks to Christmas was purely co-incidental, since I don't celebrate it. Weight has just crept a bit too high this year due to emotional eating, and didn't want to wait until new year to start getting it back off. Same at our group though - the consultant said it was busier than new year, so many new starters!

And :hello: everyone else. Since it's so close to Halloween, I'll join in on the next challenge. Back to lurking for now. :o

Some great losses this week - as Maman said 2 of you have lose half a stone between you.

Meg - how awful for you to go away and come back to find you'd been locked out! In future you'd better let your neighbour know when you're off gallivanting;).

Had a few extra syns last night and ended up on 16.5. Will try not to have too many wine syns this weekend so that I've got a few more syns for Mon-Wed than I had last week, LOL!

Will be EE days at least until Monday as it's far easier when DH is around 24/7!

B - SW fry up; WM bread (HEB)
L - LO HM veg soup - the last of it so quite a big bowl!
D - Beef stew, mash. Used up some aubergine & courgette which was lurking in the fridge so some extra Speed food than usual.

Think I'll have to do something like mousakka next week to use up the rest of the aubergine.

HEA will be milk as usual.

No syns in any of meals today so plenty for wine:D.

Probably won't get on over the weekend so food this weekend briefly:

Sat: fry up; tuna & cucumber sandwich; pork chops, mash & veg
Sun: fry up; Ryvita & cold meats, pickles; duck breast, roasties, veg.

    Have a good weekend everyone.

    Denise
