I am laughing myself now but the air was blue last night, have thanked my neighbour for caring and told her next time will put a sign in the window "GONE BONKING" so she dosent worry.

Sorry to hear about the locking out, nice that your neighbour cares though. Mine probably wouldn't notice if I went missing for months. Love the sign :rotfl:

I've STS this week, not having a good time tummy wise at the moment. Do think it's down to stress though.
After watching Food Unwrapped about the prunes, I've upped my portion to 100g to see if there's any change in 'affects' :D. Just hope I'm not walking through an airport when affects kick in like the presenter :rotfl:.
Will still count as HB though as I can get away with it and my tummy issues are more important at the moment. So we shall see!
Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

Hi all  sorry been MIA for a bit :o.. I have still picked up everyone's results and entered them on the chart though :D I've kind of lost my way and put back on quite a bit of lb-age so i'm dropping out of this challenge :(

Hope you're ok Tete and that your dad's ok too.. xx

Well done all the losers :T:T and for the sts and put on.. well as Lantanna says "lets battle on"

 Meg - at least you can see the funny side now.. love the Gone Bonking sign :rotfl::rotfl:

welcome.gif june - stick around.. you don't have to be in a challenge to join in with the chat and welcome.gif Newshadow - well done for starting SW before going to class, lots of people would use this week to eat their "last" junk food before starting!

I started again this morning (put on 7.5lb since before holiday) but i'll be doing old EE so I won't be posting up my menus as it'll just confuse everyone.. I like bananas and pineapple and I want them to count as my 1/3 d*mn it *stamps foot*:rotfl: it worked before so it'll work again!

I stocked up yesterday on fruit and also bought some of the BNS/carrot spaghetti pots from Tesco to try, also picked up the veg couscous one as it was 3 for 2. Will try the couscous one with our lasagne tonight and have the spaghetti tomorrow...

Off to do a bit of planning and read the new mag (wasn't impressed with any of the recipes this month though :()

After much thought have decided not to go back to SW group. I haven't been since about May or June. I am doing my own thing which is ..... Weighing once a week, cooking the SW way, not keeping diary, not having any Syns, not doing HE A and B and drinking loads of water.

Does this bit mean you're not having anything that would fall into the syns/A/B category i.e. milk/bread/treats etc? or do you mean you're just not counting them as syns/A/B?

If the first one, then try and not restrict yourself too much as it may just make you give up altogether.

    Hi people.
I'm a failed sw target member..hangs head in shame.
I'm iw heavier than when I began. Last night I dreamed that someone mistook me for a pregnant lady. I s very much like t ge back into sw.
I've even forgotten how the loan works but I've books to look up.
I'm hoping to make enough of a change before Christmas to feel better about myself.
Where do I begin in here? Post a weight and a week's goal?

Hi and welcome, if you go to the first page of the thread theres a lot of info about the plan. I think we are on the last week of this challenge but there will be one up to Christmas. We post how much we want to lose and our lovely Shala produces the chart each week so we can all see how we are doing. hope that's some help.

Got a couple of soup making kits the other day in Ald1.
One was curried carrot & parsnip with creme fraiche.
It was rather nice~maybe a tad hot but ok.
The other one I think is leek potato & corn chowder.
    Think they were about 1.20.
Great for me as saved chopping the veg!!
