Maybe the driver knows the difference. So you've never pushed a BMW to its limits yet you keep harping on about the dynamics and why it's a better car than anything else on the road. That interesting.
So up to 3000 revs ie normal road driving what benefits does the M3 have say over a Focus ST or RS?
With your driving experience you aren't qualified to talk about a Sinclair C5.
Haha are you actually comparing the M3 to a focus ST and RS?
Go to any Ford RS forum and even they will freely admit the M3 is better in literally everyway.
And, I have pushed BMWs near the limit, but not the E46 M3 or for that matter the 325ci and 330i.0 -

Tell us more was it the isetta?0 -
Benefits of the M3 is that is more luxury, and even changing gears at 3k rpm I still went around 80-90mph on the motorway and it felt very stable. Also went 60mph dual carriage ways and took a sharp turn around a round about at near 50mph. just because I didn't rev the nuts of it doesn't mean I can't go fast. I drove it progressively and safely. Had I been on the track then I would have revved it through its limit but you can't do that on normal roads in an M3 otherwise or exploit its power on normal roads.0

A diesel Focus or Astra can do that. Where's the benefit in the M3 for that sort of driving?
Again what BMWs have you pushed to the limit?0 -
Ford or Astra can't take turns at a round about at 50mph. They don't have the same amount of overtaking power as an M3. Don't have the same level of luxury or driving pleasure.0

I have had both diesels at over 120mph and the ST flat out and never fallen off the road. All three cars managed corners ok. Maybe it's your driving.
I've also had a 530 flat out and at top end its less stable than a fwd Volvo.0 -
OP, are you DarkMatter?0
