  • OP, are you Dark Matter?

If you ignore this question for the third time, I and everyone else will assume you are.

Why do you want to know? If I say yes I'll get banned. If I say no then you will all think I'm lying

Don't think I've ever heard of that issue with any other BMW driver. I've been as a passenger track day in a RWD C63 reaching speeds 150mph plus and never experienced that.
I was once a passenger on a 747 travelling at more than 150mph. That doesn't in any way qualify me to comment on anything larger than a PA28...

BMW is one of the few brands I would never purchase, alfa is another one. There may be more fords, vauxhalls etc on the road compared to BMWs but we saw BMWs in the garage with fairly serious issues in young low mileage cars compared to other brands. Complete gear box failure was a fairly common reason.

Okay here is the truth. It's really really difficult and I'm embarrassed.

    I am JustinR1979

I life has taken a tragic turning ever since my divorce both emotionally and financially. You could say my obsession with BMW stems partly from my emotional distress and the fact that I use to own my beloved BMW E39 M5 until I was forced to sell it to pay my ex wife.

That car was everything to me and it pains me that I no longer have it but instead a diesel sh*tbox that I hate driving.

I'm partly in fanancial ruins since my divorce but I'm trying to get myself back together. I hope one day I can get my BMW M car again. It was my pride and joy...

Why? ChumLee claims how RWD cars have that issue at high speeds. A RWD car is a RWD car and now he wants to compare BMW vs Merc. So ChumLee what do you think of the Mercedes C Class? How does it compare to the Focus and Astra?

    I haven't driven a C Class only an E Class. So unlike you I won't !!!!!!!! about it.

But like you I've been a passenger in two C Classes. That compact thing and a four seater coupe. My opinion terrible build quality.
